Please hear this warning if you are considering this practice. I have struggled with unexplained Colitis and unbearable attacks of lower abdomen pain for a year. This office has truly worsened my condition through their negligence. I was seen by PA Kristyn Wong for over 6 months. In which she showed no hint of sympathy or caring towards me, she wouldn't listen to me and would just prescribe basic antiacids and medications that did nothing. My visits with Eileen Kim was very nice and informative. She listened to the symptoms I've been experiencing over time and being that I've had to find a specialist for myself since I'm not from the area. I was very impressed that she gave me attention that I was needing. Ordering appropriate testing. I look forward to working with her on improving my symptoms.
Dr. Gulati is a very qualified and caring doctor. My ailments are complicated with one medication perfect for one problem but is exactly not recommended when one other problems is taken into account. He juggles my complications against what actions need to be considered to help me in the best way possible. Also, all of the staff is very good.
Dr.Payne is amazing great specialist. He was thorough and caring. Sadly, the front desk is not informative or helpful, and I had a few hang ups with the front office.
