This office has consistently the best staff and care for me and my needs , I love how the staff/Doctors are so professional, so caring, they do care for us the patients, Dr. Gupta and all the girls there are giving the best to understand you and helps you ...I extend my gratefulness to Lillian Garcia and the other girls, they are there to comply and help!!! the best office! I would not change it and won't bargain for any other office! the best !!
I have been using Dr. Gupta for over 15 years. He and his staff are top notch. Very polite and respectful. All questions and concerns answered in understandable layman's terms. Recommend him to all my friends.
After my original experience, I left a very negative review because my son, who has special needs, was unable to be seen due to a photo ID issue we were never told about. It was frustrating. However, Olga personally reached out, sincerely apologized. Listened without defensiveness and immediately worked to make things right. I've been to a couple of other GI providers in the past, and this one is by far the best. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Gupta is excellent—he's personable, takes the time to answer all of your questions, and never makes you feel rushed. If you choose this facility, you'll be in very good hands.
First off, I got an endoscopy here, and that went very well. I had no issues with the procedure itself. However, I’ve had multiple problems with their billing department. It has been frustrating trying to explain my banking situation, and it felt like there were communication issues that made resolving everything much harder than it should have been.
