I had my procedure at The Endoscopy Center on Mable Street in Shreveport and the entire team was excellent. From check-in to checkout, the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. They truly put me in good hands and made the process smooth and stress-free.
From the time I entered the facility to the very end, when I was rolled out to the car, was nothing short of excellent care and compassion! ❤️ Each staff member was courteous and caring about my experience. Great visit, very helpful and eager to meet my needs. Dr. Bienvenu's staff always takes great care of me. Scheduling was done in a quick and efficient manner, easy directions to follow were explained as well as written. Great care!!!!
I have been using them for several years and I have always had great experiences. When they found masses in my colon they fit me in their schedule to try to get biopsies and to try to remove the colon cancer masses before having to refer me to a colon surgery. From Russ to the doctors to the other staff they are amazing! Russ is amazing at educating and explaining things and is very thorough. Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome !
I was very pleased with dr Johnson. He explained and answered all my questions. I Will recommend him.
