From the time I entered the facility to the very end, when I was rolled out to the car, was nothing short of excellent care and compassion! ❤️ Each staff member was courteous and caring about my experience. I have been using them for several years and I have always had great experiences. When they found masses in my colon they fit me in their schedule to try to get biopsies and to try to remove the colon cancer masses before having to refer me to a colon surgery. From Russ to the doctors to the other staff they are amazing! Russ is amazing at educating and explaining things and is very thorough. Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome !
The girl at the front desk had a mask on and I could not understand a word she said! I wish I had gone to one of the others that didn’t have one on!!!! We were 35 mins early and sat out in the vehicle until 10 mins before my appt bc my paperwork said don’t come early! I feel I wouldn’t have been so late if I hadn’t gotten out of line bc of filling out all the pages of paperwork! It was 1 hour 45 mins before I was taken back for the actual procedure! Wonderful Staff. Caring people that never left me alone wondering, "what's next?" Anesthetist made me feel safe and confident in his skills. I am afraid of drugs. But he explained everything to me and that helped a lot. Dr. B is very kind and knowledgeable. Will continue to use his services thanks guys!
I was so nervous dreading the IV. From the time I got there until I left everything ran so smoothly. I was in and out sooner than expected. The place is clean. Big nice waiting room and the staff was so kind and helpful. I will be going there again for my next procedure. One-ten. I give it a ten. 😊
