I would have given them a ten. This was about my fourth or fifth time with this groip. Can't go wrong with Dr Lawrence Jonson. If you can request an Anethesist, ask for Michelle, great communicator, as was Dr Johnson and the OR Room Nurse! Easy peasy, upper n lower same time, one after the other. Kind of sad that unless complications in the future, I have officially aged out
The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Dr Johnson and his helpers were very friendly and the I really liked how would talked you and answered any questions I had. With that said more people should really have the colonoscopy done this way . Just in case if the find the any thing they can it taken care of right then. Great visit, very helpful and eager to meet my needs. Dr. Bienvenu's staff always takes great care of me. Scheduling was done in a quick and efficient manner, easy directions to follow were explained as well as written. Great care!!!!
Everyone was very welcoming, getting me ready I was treated with great care respect and patience. Doctor Johnson was very passionate about his job and the care of his patients. I did not have to wait very long for my procedure. I was very satisfied with how professional they were. The doctor communicated everything before doing the procedure and what he found. We will meet again in three weeks for my results.
