Thank you for another great visit. I believe this was the quickest I have ever gotten in and done! I do not enjoy getting a colonoscopy but always thankful when it is done and I have 7 more years before the next one. As always, the staff and nurses were friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Webster Johnson and the Shreveport Endoscopy Center. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to talk and explain everything. Everyone at the Center is very friendly and nice. They made a much dreaded experience into an okay experience. Thanks to everyone there for all you did.
Throughout our visit, we had a consistently positive experience. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and efficient. We extend special gratitude to Jay for providing outstanding anesthesia care and alleviating our pre-procedure anxiety. Dr. Johnson took the time to thoroughly brief us before and after the procedure, addressing all our questions and explaining the process in detail. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
From the moment I arrived at the facility to my departure, my experience was pleasant and comfortable. All office staff and nursing staff were nice, helpful and explained everything. Dr. Rimmer explained the procedure and took time to answer any questions I had. Overall great experience.
😃👍I like that they sent me instructions that I could drink Gatorade, chicken broth and MiraLAX instead of drinking the “prep” that you get from the pharmacy. check in and check out was very fast and true to their two hour window estimated on the paperwork. I rcvd good service and was able to get back home to rest.
