What a wonderful Clinic The staff, the doctors are wonderful and caring. They’re hard-working and hard fighting for their patients. I’ve never had such excellent treatment in healthcare. After multiple phone calls with their office to make sure everything was set for the appointment, I received one last call the day before the appointment; after a month, they did not obtain insurance authorization. If a restaurant has bad service I'm not likely to trust the kitchen. Same with my health, bad service=bad doctor if he/she doesn't care about the front, I won't trust them with my hepatic cyst.
This is the worst experience I have EVER had. I have Medicaid..I CAME INTO THIS OFFICE WITH ONLY MEDICAID. They did the genesite testing through LABCORP on me and BILLED an OLD/CANCELLED insurance plan that I DID NOT even give them the information to. Now I have a collection from LABCORP for $982 dollars and they are telling me that I have to call and get this squared away. Highly unprofessional. I will NEVER receive treatment here again and I will not be sending any friends or family here either.
To have such a traumatizing illness that messes with your quality of life, and to have people like the people that work here dismiss your symptoms but are constantly asking you to make an appointment is a red flag. When appointments were made, nothing was done to help with symptoms, not even a recommendation to the ER which is eventually where we ended up going to get my son the care he needed. I waited a about an hour to be seen, but once I got to the back it was quick and the people were very friendly and fast.
