What a wonderful Clinic The staff, the doctors are wonderful and caring. They’re hard-working and hard fighting for their patients. I’ve never had such excellent treatment in healthcare. To have such a traumatizing illness that messes with your quality of life, and to have people like the people that work here dismiss your symptoms but are constantly asking you to make an appointment is a red flag. When appointments were made, nothing was done to help with symptoms, not even a recommendation to the ER which is eventually where we ended up going to get my son the care he needed. This is the worst experience I have EVER had. I have Medicaid..I CAME INTO THIS OFFICE WITH ONLY MEDICAID. They did the genesite testing through LABCORP on me and BILLED an OLD/CANCELLED insurance plan that I DID NOT even give them the information to. Now I have a collection from LABCORP for $982 dollars and they are telling me that I have to call and get this squared away. Highly unprofessional. I will NEVER receive treatment here again and I will not be sending any friends or family here either.
I waited a about an hour to be seen, but once I got to the back it was quick and the people were very friendly and fast.
Absolutely LOVE their staff. They’re so kind, they genuinely care, make you laugh and feel so comfortable and I hands down trust them fully 100% with my healthcare. I’m so glad I chose Brandi as my PCP she’s the sweetest and actually cares about her patients.
