Receptionist were friendly. Office was clean. Everyone was so nice. The reason for my review being short a star is that I feel like I was left with unanswered questions. My Dr was so sweet and patient and I totally understood what said about changing my eating habits and making lifestyle changes. But it would have been nice to be told why I'm going through the fainting or light headedness. My doctor did say that me being dizzy may come from hormones, but that cannot be absolutely true because once I am backed up(no BM) and h... read more
So far, they're very helpful. They try to find the right solution to your health But they do not write pain medication. But they get the problem solved most of the time.
Absolutely LOVE their staff. They’re so kind, they genuinely care, make you laugh and feel so comfortable and I hands down trust them fully 100% with my healthcare. I’m so glad I chose Brandi as my PCP she’s the sweetest and actually cares about her patients.
My faith in healthcare has been restored by coming here. Every staff member is more than polite, they seem to genuinely care. In office, over the phone—you are going to receive top notch care here. I learned today that my PC Brandi Ratliff is continuing her education. No stagnant, know it all doctors here!!!! Seriously, I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
Hands down the BEST experience at a gastroenterologist ever!!! Quick (it’s still a doctors office but relatively speaking) waiting times from check to exam room and from exam room to seeing the doctor. Very clean and comfortable waiting room & exam rooms. EVERYONE from the office managers, to the nurses, to the doctors, and the lab technicians were so extremely kind and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manner.
