The staff is great. They have a smooth running system. The nurses is awesome. My nurse was great she only stuck me once when putting in the IV. Dr. Phillips is great. He came to see me before and after the procedure. All I can say is that they are amazing. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else .
Wonderful experience. First, they are very efficient. Not a lot of waiting around, they get right down to business. Very experienced staff. They communicated with me the entire time and most importantly, were all extremely kind. I was super nervous, but they eased my nerves and managed any pain I may feel. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend them every day of the week and twice on Sunday!
Excellent experience. The office personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses were very kind and helpful. The anesthesiologist was incredible. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable with any concerns I had. He made me feel at ease with the procedure. Dr. Dies was so kind and made me feel comfortable with my procedure. I had my colonoscopy done with Gastrointestinal Specialist on Mabel Street. My experience with this extremely professional team and staff was totally wonderful. The front desk staff were so very courteous, professional and friendly. After completing necessary paperwork , I was seen in less than 15 minutes. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy with Dr. Phillips. Only saw Dr. Dies for a short period before my procedure, but he is a very personable man. Enjoyed the talk with him. Jeremy Davis is a swell guy. Very intelligent and shoots you straight! Tells what is going to happen, what has happened and what needs to be done. The rest of the staff there is great, too. I highly recommend GIS!!!
