I absolutely love them. Front office staff are so friendly and welcoming. Jennifer is just the best. I have been seeing her for a while due to chronic back pain after emergency surgery for bulging discs. She is extremely empathetic, listens to every word I say, addresses all of my concerns, and comes up with ways that she can help me. In a nut shell, she takes the time needed. What was that nice a good clinic for chronic pain is now a joke. After my last visit which was my first with Dr Thakara I wouldn’t trust him to apply a bandaid.
I was referred to Gateway by my primary physician. Dr. Thekkekara and the medical staff provided the best care I have ever had. My mobility and health have improved with each visit. Thank you Gateway.
The front office staff is friendly and attentive. Jennifer Hinchley, my provider always listens to my concerns with an empathetic ear offering me the best solutions to treat my ailments.
all of the Front desk ladies are amazing! Always ready willing and able to help however, they can Dr Hong did an amazing job on my recent spinal cord stimulator implantation, he always make sure patients are aware of every side of any decision they make and Jennifer is a very smart knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse practitioner!! 5 Stars all around!
