The receptionist is incompetent with demographic information & once redirected, her condescending demeanor in her tone shined right thru the painful phone call. The lack of professionalism speaks volumes. You would think I owed them money & wasn’t seeking an attorney for injury purposes.
I almost allowed sadness, grief and depression to cloud my judgment but Brian had the wherewithal, to defend and fight for me when I wouldn't fight for myself. Great legal counsel.
