Very professional. Both shop and offices are clean and organized. Staff was always smiling and helpful. The quotes on the repairs were complete and very detailed, and they explained the quote to me. When they found additional damage they both called and emailed so I would know that the delivery date had to move out. Highly recommended!!!
Pleased with the work completed by G&C. Daily communication of progress and they managed the rental reservation adjustments when a slight delay arose from late parts delivery. Quality of work and service was professional and superb. Highly recommend.
I've never had such a wonderful experience at an auto body shop! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. The work was done more quickly than I expected and they updated me every step of the way.
Unfortunately my car was hit while it was parked. G&C took my car in. Did a decent job but kept lacking. I was told the car was ready and the. When picking it up on item was missing they said it would arrive by end of the week (Friday). I wait until Monday and get Ko phone call. I call Tuesday and they say sorry the part should arrive I the next few days, we will call you. I mention they said that last time. Well, my truck I was supposed to get it back on Friday, I didn’t get it back to the following Tuesday. The paint job looks poorly done. The role in the bed doesn’t look right the tail lights is lose
