Our car insurance directed us here after a parking lot low speed crash so while I can't comment on pricing I can say the work that they did was exceptional and the amount of communication between us was phenomenal. Car was actually done a day earlier than promised and looks like brand new. Great downtown San Jose location would definitely use them again
G&C did body work on my car it looks great. The work was done in a few days and the car looks perfect. The office people were helpful in keeping me updated on the work being done.
I repaired a rear bumper due to hit by another vehicle. The shop provided a service politely and friendly. They gave me which parts were required to be repaired clearly, and because of a bumper, they made further check after taking off broken bumper then made an update what were additionally required. Those were explained via documents, picture and of course in verbally very clearly. All receptionist, sales/estimator and labors were all friendly and they did professional jobs!
I don’t generally leave a lot of reviews so when I tell you how much I appreciate the fast and efficient work from this shop. Everyone is super sweet and helpful.
This place was chosen by my insurance. At first everything was good up until the repairs. My insurance covered my rental for the week the car was there. One part was ordered but took longer than expected which fine.Once I got it back I noticed they installed the wrong front grille, it was missing the impact absorber, the fog lights were put backwards, they didn’t installed my fender badge back, and to top it off they scratched the paint on the front left fender/hood where the repairs were made.
