Unfortunately my car was hit while it was parked. G&C took my car in. Did a decent job but kept lacking. I was told the car was ready and the. When picking it up on item was missing they said it would arrive by end of the week (Friday). I wait until Monday and get Ko phone call. I call Tuesday and they say sorry the part should arrive I the next few days, we will call you. I mention they said that last time. I had very positive experience at G&C Auto body for fixing front bumper work on my Chevy Bolt. They were great in communications, completed the work ahead of schedule and Drew who was attending to my car was very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Scheduling drop off and pick up was a breeze and the work seems to be good quality. The only thing which was bit difficult is finding parking at front of the body shop but they do have a lot at the back. Since my car was fairly new 2025 I waited two months to receive my parts and still waiting for additional part for the job to be completed I’m sure it was out of your control because the car was fairly new and your staff Very good
Well, my truck I was supposed to get it back on Friday, I didn’t get it back to the following Tuesday. The paint job looks poorly done. The role in the bed doesn’t look right the tail lights is lose
It is rare that an Auto Body shop will exceed your expectations, and that is exactly what G&C was about. From the moment we walked in with our repair request to the moment they handed back out keys, we were treated like their most important customer. We especially appreciated the level of attention and communication that Gabrielle(sp) provided to us, keeping us informed on every step of the process. I hope I never had a need for body repairs with my cars, but if I do, G&C is getting my business without hesitation.
