The shop has great customer service as well as good communication and regular updates on work progress via text. I appreciate the work being done in a timely manner and professionally. I highly recommend their service.
Very professional. Both shop and offices are clean and organized. Staff was always smiling and helpful. The quotes on the repairs were complete and very detailed, and they explained the quote to me. When they found additional damage they both called and emailed so I would know that the delivery date had to move out. Highly recommended!!!
Pleased with the work completed by G&C. Daily communication of progress and they managed the rental reservation adjustments when a slight delay arose from late parts delivery. Quality of work and service was professional and superb. Highly recommend.
