David L. at G&C Auto Body did a great job on our car. A diesel truck drifted into my lane and did a "Ben Hur" to my rear door. Not only was their quote significantly lower than another shop, but David also replaced a headlamp that wasn't even part of the estimate and buffed out some water stains on the passenger windows. My experience with G&C Auto Body was excellent. Henry went above and beyond. He would keep me updated every step of the process. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. I was very greatfull for that because my car was super dirty. The lady in the front office was very nice and they were all very professional. They left my car like new. Thank you everyone at G&C Auto Body.
This body shop are liar! I took my car here to get an estimate. The next day I wanted to speak with a specific person most likely the manger!! I call in multiple times and I was told he wasn’t there! But I’ve spoke with him before!! He’s answering the calls saying he isn’t here and told me to call in an hour! I call back within an hour same guy that I wanted to speak with him answer and says he isn’t here! It just doesn’t make any sense to me that there taking all this as a joke!! I had a small issue that needed to be fixed on my trunk door. Most mechanics I’ve experienced required me to drop off the car and leave it there all day, which is inconvenient for me because i have so much to do. But G and C took me in as a walk in, advised me to buy the parts at an auto store and once i got the parts David fixed my trunk door on the spot! So glad it was fast and easy! And while i waited they had fresh coffee for people in the lobby, Thank you guys!
I've used G&C twice and both experiences were excellent. Customer Service, knowledge and friendliness. I haven't seen this in long time with a business. I have been letting everyone know about my experience and I definitely recommend G&C Thank you so much 💓
