I had a great experience with this body shop! They did an excellent job repairing the side fender of my car. The work was done very professionally, and my car looks amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work and really care about their customers. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work. I was so frustrated and annoyed after walking outside finding my car damaged! 😫😭….. I called my insurance and they recommended G&C I got an appointment the very next morning for an inspection. Went in Early first thing they are open as early as 7:30am! My car got inspected I made myself some coffee and by the time my coffee was done my Enterprise was on their way Soni can pick up my rental and paper work ready for me to sign (electronically) all on my phone via text. David L. at G&C Auto Body did a great job on our car. A diesel truck drifted into my lane and did a "Ben Hur" to my rear door. Not only was their quote significantly lower than another shop, but David also replaced a headlamp that wasn't even part of the estimate and buffed out some water stains on the passenger windows. “G&C Auto Body in Richmond did a perfect job on my Prius bumper repair. The workmanship was excellent, and the paint match was spot on—you honestly can’t tell there was ever damage. I unfortunately had to go to this spot twice in a short period of time and both times I went they were super helpful, clear and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were communicated with during the whole process and checked up later to make sure the repairs went well. Their work was pristine and would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.
