I had a great experience with G&C Auto Body at 280 Cimino St, San Jose. They repainted my bumper, fenders and the results were excellent. The repairs on my car are fine but the reason for low score on the review is that customer service and communication is definitely lacking at this shop. I was in an accident and since I was not at fault the other cars insurance set up this shop for me. I received a call from the shop trying to coordinate an estimate. I just want to say that everybody at G&C auto body was super helpful and made the process for me as easy as possible and I really can't thank them enough. Julian kept me updated every step of the way. Great customer service all the way around!
Specifically for Jared M. And team that helped get my car back to normal after getting rear ended at a complete stop. I was sent here by AAA & I’m impressed with the professionalism, and the amount of communication I received throughout the entire process. Front desk staff were also kind, respectful and greeted me with a smile. I will be recommending this location to friends and family. Let’s hope I never end up in another accident but if the time shall ever arise again I know who to go to.
