We made an appointment, and I came specifically to meet the technician, and the company called saying he couldn't come.

On occasion, technician availability can change due to prior jobs requiring additional time or urgent service needs that arise unexpectedly, and when that happens we notify customers as soon as possible. While adjustments are sometimes necessary in a service-based business, our intent is always to reschedule promptly and ensure the work is completed properly and professionally.
They canceled on me twice and asked to reschedule. I’ve worked my schedule around their visit. So I canceled the work all together. Not going to sit around for a third day!

Typically, we try to send our technicians to as many service calls as possible and book within arrival windows to avoid these types of issues. We send our technicians out to assess the door and go over the options that we can provide with you at no charge. Their trucks come fully stocked, meaning that if work is agreed upon, they can get started right away.
