My dental experience was wonderful. I was greeted with kindness upon entering the office and the staff was great. Also, my dental hygienist was very patient and explained each detail of the procedure that was done. I was very satisfied.
The lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. Got me checked in and had my paperwork ready for when I arrived. The girl who brought me back was okay she was nice but I don’t think she asked the correct questions it was as if she wanted me to pin point one issue I was having and that’s not why I was there entirely.I feel like I got X-rays taken for no reason and only for the one side she believed was the pinpointed issue. My experience was great. I had two teeth extracted at another location, where I was experiencing a lot of pain in my jaw, and I couldn't get into the office that extracted my tooth. I call this location Midtown. I was able to get in the same day. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor came in, introduced herself, examined my mouth, and looked at the site, She gave me her recommendation on what I needed to do. I appreciate the time she took to inform me about the issue.
Had a great experience at this location. The staff were all quite kind and helpful. I def recommend.
