Coming home to a stifling house and a powerless smart thermostat was a nightmare. Despite our initial attempts, it was clear we needed professional help. New Furnance- Steve and his team did a nice job through the whole process. I received several bids and he provided me with the most information to help make my choice. Once the furnace arrived they did a great job with the installation and clean up. He also spent time explaining the features of the unit and what to expect. A few days after the install I received all of the information about rebates and notes on the steps I needed to take to obtain them. I will definitely be using Geerts for my futures needs.
I have had Geertz Plumbing & Heating since I returned to Iowa in 2018. They have always provided great customer service and do their job(s) well. I feel confident in their knowledge and expertise. That does not always happen these days, but this company has always gone above and beyond for me. Today Justin and Jesse were here, trouble shooted and fixed a couple of different things for me that needed taken care of. Great people to work with from the secretary to the experts that fix and install equipment.
