As always, DJ does a great job and truly wants to do the best for his customers! Adam contacted me to have DJ come to Cedar Falls to do the annual check on our Amana heat pump system that Geerts installed a year ago. DJ was on time, friendly, professional and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the entire system. They hear your issue, launch technicians immediately. I rarely ever have to wait long. My AC went out Friday night, they called me 8am Monday morning and on their way by 8:30am. They are offering a service plan that I have decided to take advantage of, it will save me money in the 1st year! Regular maintenance is most important to me and my family. I do miss Lisa Schildroth, heard she retired. Geerts goes above and beyond. *****
Great service from Geerts, called about a AC issue with our older model unit and Dwight showed up within a few hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend them and will use Geerts as my go to plumbing and heating guys here in New Hampton.
Geets was here to Fox a water heater issue with temp. Delight was excellent on getting the issue fixed and was polite.
