I was originally going to give a 1 star review. But Kevin carey one of the therapists there is the reason I decided to give a 4 star rating. He was very kind and helpful to me, he gave good advice and helped me get through treatment there. My first couple nights there was really bad, i had passed out a few times, but of course they put "unwitnessed falls" cause their staff was never around when i needed them, even tho there was people there that saw me fall..i hit my head 3 times out of the 5 or 6 falls I had, I don't rememb... read more

This place was exactly what I needed to turn my life around! I went in for 10 days 12/13/24-12/23/24 This was my 2nd time getting mental help & my first time with behavioral health. I understand nobody walks in ecstatic to be there but looking back the moment I walked in was such a relief. They CORRECTLY diagnosed me & got me on the right medications that over a span of 17 years, this is the first time the medication works and makes me feel alive and overall changed my life for the better. Update:12/2/24 facility would rather take my emails for concern but not when I needed their concern most when I was being held against my will. This is place trys to fix people that are not broken. I was placed at this facility for an extended period of time against my will and forced to take medications in order to leave. This facility is designed like a prison. I was one of their first patients and this review was written from when they first opened around August 1,2023. Once I edited the review one day it changed the date posted, so I can not speak on the horrible newer reviews listed here, but this review was based off of my experience there back in 2023. My father and I accidentally went to the wrong building looking for his doctor's new office and was greeted by the most ignorant woman I may have ever met. My father asked if this is where his doctor was and this woman screamed at him that this is behavioral health, can't we read? I sent know if she was just having a bad day or whatever but she was very unpleasant and unprofessional and does not deserve to be working in that setting.
