Personally I had a great experince working with Miss Saeturn. She answered all my questions and helped me with all my medication questions. Other reviews describe her as robotic and yes she has a more monotone demeanor but she has shown to be very personable with me for the last 4 months I have been working with her. :)
The complete and utter lack of professionalism here was shocking. I had a virtual meeting with this woman and she was not only rude but completely unhelpful. I'm sure the fact I am a young woman of college age had something to do with the way she was treating me. It seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about and continued to patronize me when I asked what she actually could help me with, again she did not help me with anything. The facts that she works in mental health is scary, I’m surprised she’s even allowed to keep doing this work with how little she cares about her patients. Go anywhere but with her.
Literally worse visit person sounds like a robot and has no emotion is rude and inconsiderate if I could give a zero stars I would horrible experience
