Very good experience. The cables on my door snapped and it got stuck open. I called Genson, and even though I wasn't an existing customer, their tech arrived in less than 2 hours. They got my door shut safely and recommended a replacement for the old system I had, which was not worth repairing. Within a few hours they called me with a very reasonable quote and came right the next morning to install the new system. Doug came out to look at the job...on time. I got the quote shortly after. Everything went smoothly and on time, which you don't find much anymore. Brad did the installation. He was friendly and did a great job. I lo e my new door. Doug, Brad and the office clerk were all very friendly.

Punctual and professional. Overall very pleased. However the installer should be looped in better with the sales rep. Sales rep said I had only one option. Installer said I actually had a better option. Installer was excellent and went above and beyond to deal with the situation the sales rep left him in. Thank you for the overall professionalism. It's hard to find in the Ithaca/ Trumansburg area!

This business is an absolute 10! The fellows that came were very professional, went straight to work. They had the top portion of the door off in minutes and the new panel installed in no time. They took their time to oil all the rails and adjusted the garage opener so the door closed snuggly. Fantastic job! They know their stuff. They answer their phone and return calls. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Genson Overhead Door for a great response on December 31st! It's pretty crazy that our door broke on New Years Eve, and when I called in the morning they found time to come and fix our cables.
