The assistant at our last visit was amazing, so patient, and took her time to show my daughter everything, and let her try it out herself before using any instrument, x-ray, polisher, etc. The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves going to the dentist and I know it's because we have such a positive experience here every time. Gental Dental Pediatrics is truly so special. I can't give them enough praise!
The ENTIRE staff is awesome. From receptionists to hygienists to Dr. Courtney. EVERYONE there is genuinely kind and has your child's comfort and trust at full heart. Communication with them actually matters. If your kiddo needs any extra attention or needs met they are willing to do whatever ensures your child has a positive experience. And they're honest too. They're fun to talk with and joke around.
Cannot recommend this clinic enough. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and you can tell the hygienists love children and are very experienced with them. Dr Courtney is beyond amazing and always remembers my kids, even with our big family. 10/10!
We travel over an hour to come to this location. Why, you ask? Well the Dentist here does an amazing job! She takes the time to build trust and actually talked to my son, to make him feel comfortable. Before she even touched his teeth. I loved that! It made him so trusting and he felt seen and heard. Thank you so much!
My son always has a great experience at Gentle Dental Albany Children's. The staff are very friendly. The hygienist was also gentle and friendly. She explained what she was doing and made his teeth cleaning stress free. Dr. Courtney is a wonderful dentist. She's always happy and bubbly. My son is always excited to see her. She makes his exam fun.
