I recently left a bad review of this office. I wont get into the details. Management contacted me and got me in for a follow-up visit. The (new to me) dentist who saw me was receptive to feedback and treated me with dignity and respect. Im happy to say that I am %100 satisfied with the solution they offered and will definitely recommend them. I appreciate the steps they took to correct the situation. I should say, aside from this one issue, I never had any issues there before. I'm very grateful.
I love all the staff there! So great with myself and my children. Personable. Friendly. Compassionate. I got 3 teeth pulled yesterday, I do wish I could get something stronger than Tylenol for the first day. I was dying!
Where to start ? Appointments......3 to 5 month wait times seem to be normal here. When you NEED a Dentist it is usually important . Having to have teeth pulled and replaced by dentures, I would consider important. I met the Denturist first ,and He explained what he was going to be doing for this procedure. A few weeks later was an appointment to make impressions , and he went over options. So far so good. This place has been Amazing! So far I’ve had several different visits for cleanings, xrays, and fillings over the last few years. Each visit was virtually pain free and the staff have been incredibly nice and professional. The dentists and support staff are super friendly, laid back, and have done excellent work. They answer all of my questions and explain what they are doing and why it’s important. Most polite secretaries and staff. It was an amazing experience. They identified all of my issues then scheduled a day for cleaning which was very thorough then scheduled a day for filling my cavity. Awesome place!
