I recently left a bad review of this office. I wont get into the details. Management contacted me and got me in for a follow-up visit. The (new to me) dentist who saw me was receptive to feedback and treated me with dignity and respect. Im happy to say that I am %100 satisfied with the solution they offered and will definitely recommend them. I appreciate the steps they took to correct the situation. I should say, aside from this one issue, I never had any issues there before. I'm very grateful.
I love all the staff there! So great with myself and my children. Personable. Friendly. Compassionate. I got 3 teeth pulled yesterday, I do wish I could get something stronger than Tylenol for the first day. I was dying!
Where to start ? Appointments......3 to 5 month wait times seem to be normal here. When you NEED a Dentist it is usually important . Having to have teeth pulled and replaced by dentures, I would consider important. I met the Denturist first ,and He explained what he was going to be doing for this procedure. A few weeks later was an appointment to make impressions , and he went over options. So far so good. The front desk was giving me conflicting information depending on who I talked to. At first, my doctor told me they'd prescribe an anti-anxiety medication (I have a really bad phobia). The front desk told me to come in the day before the visit to sign some paperwork since I can't sign it after I take the medication. Then they called me to tell me that they don't actually don't offer any kind of medication.
