I recently left a bad review of this office. I wont get into the details. Management contacted me and got me in for a follow-up visit. The (new to me) dentist who saw me was receptive to feedback and treated me with dignity and respect. Im happy to say that I am %100 satisfied with the solution they offered and will definitely recommend them. I appreciate the steps they took to correct the situation. I should say, aside from this one issue, I never had any issues there before. I'm very grateful.
Most polite secretaries and staff. It was an amazing experience. They identified all of my issues then scheduled a day for cleaning which was very thorough then scheduled a day for filling my cavity. Awesome place!
The dental hygienist at this location in Grant’s Pass, Oregon, is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, personable, and genuinely eager to help by recommending programs that best serve her clients. She does a great job cleaning teeth and always takes the time to explain everything clearly.
I love all the staff there! So great with myself and my children. Personable. Friendly. Compassionate. I got 3 teeth pulled yesterday, I do wish I could get something stronger than Tylenol for the first day. I was dying!
Where to start ? Appointments......3 to 5 month wait times seem to be normal here. When you NEED a Dentist it is usually important . Having to have teeth pulled and replaced by dentures, I would consider important. I met the Denturist first ,and He explained what he was going to be doing for this procedure. A few weeks later was an appointment to make impressions , and he went over options. So far so good.
