Full disclosure: My spouse is a pediatric dentist at Gentle Dental, but this review reflects only my own experience as a patient. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, yet Dr. Mark and his assistant Brittney completely changed that for me. At my first appointment, Dr. Mark sat down, showed me my X-rays, and explained—in plain, friendly language—why an extraction was the best move. Gentle dental is right!! My double tooth removal experience here was much more pleasant than my past experience elsewhere. The staff got me scheduled as soon as possible. The whole experience makes me less nervous about going to the dentist now!
It’s really hard to be positive about a toothache, but I will say, they got me in, the dentist was very kind and helpful, and I’m hoping very soon to be done with the issue permanently. I did really like my previous dentist at this location, but he moved. This was my first time seeing Dr. Mark. (That’s what I think the called him). It was fast, and I walked out with an appointment for specialist in just 2 weeks. Dr. C is the sweetest pediatric dentist. She is highly skilled at distracting toddlers when she needs to as well as including them in the process. I had a smile on my face the entire time watching her interact with my son.
I went to Gentle Dental for the first time a couple of days ago and was very happy with my experience. I got in really quick, the whole staff was friendly and professional, and I left feeling excited for my future dental health. Thank you!
