I love this place. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcomed by the most sweetest receptionist. Then Michael is the best in dentures. He makes you feel good about yourself and explains everything to you in the step by step procedure. I just can't imagine why anyone would want to go anyplace else.
Two of my family members go to Gentle Dental and only have positive things to say about this dentistry. They truly are gentle with their patients. The only thing I can say about change is that their appointments are set out pretty far which includes cleanings so they either need less patients or more Dentist/hygienists.
They have always been gentle and kind with me. I have used this dentistry since the '90s. It has changed people over time, but some of them are the same. The reception area is helpful and kind and Dr. Phil is very good. They care!
The workers were very nice. The dentist was nice and seem good in what he’s doing. The only thing I didn’t like is my appointment time that I had for months they couldn’t find it. I was called half an hour later. My appointment was 10:30 & I was called at 11:00. Am glad the dentist checked my teeth fast enough to get me out of there. I had an 11:30 appointment.
Today was my first day I was a little nervous, but once I got back there and sat in the chair I seemed to have calmed down quite a bit. Now the dentist came to me and measured my mouth which was I don't believe I've had that done before even though I wear dentures I don't recall the dentist that made me the dentures did that I really can't remember.
