Exceptional communication throughout the staff including the front desk. Very clean and comfortable. Dr. Melland is amazing and hears you out with any concern. She makes the experience comfortable and as do the dental assistants/hygienists, they all do an amazing job. Bri is one of the hygienists here and she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The compassion of the staff speaks volumes on their leadership.
Awhile back, I confirmed an establishing appointment, as can be seen in the first 2 images. 10/2/25 at 10:15, I received the text in the third image, stating that if I did not confirm my appointment by 1:00 PM that same day, it would be cancelled. This leaves a last chance confirmation and cancellation period of 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was in pain for months from a broken tooth and when I finally got in to have it repaired I was told the nerve was exposed and may need a root canal. I’m pleasantly surprised this am that my mouth isn’t even sore and there is no pain! The filling is smooth and feels nice when chewing. I’m stoked! Thank you gentle dental!!
Quick and comfortable for a tooth extraction. Went to work directly after. Probably took a bit over 5 minutes, came out in one piece-#31. Thank you Gentle Dental for your expertise 😁
I have been going to the KFalls Gentle Dental for well over a year and have never had anything but exceptional care. The staff have always been kind and tried to help me however they could, even when they were without a dentist and I was in horrific pain. I have significant anxiety over dental visits because I am naturally resistant to some numbing agents and have had a lot of bad experiences before.
