Awhile back, I confirmed an establishing appointment, as can be seen in the first 2 images. 10/2/25 at 10:15, I received the text in the third image, stating that if I did not confirm my appointment by 1:00 PM that same day, it would be cancelled. This leaves a last chance confirmation and cancellation period of 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have been going to the KFalls Gentle Dental for well over a year and have never had anything but exceptional care. The staff have always been kind and tried to help me however they could, even when they were without a dentist and I was in horrific pain. I have significant anxiety over dental visits because I am naturally resistant to some numbing agents and have had a lot of bad experiences before. I've had some not so great experiences with previous dentists. Opposite is true for Gentle Dental. Front desk staff and dental assistants were incredibly kind and assuring, dentist was efficient and fast. I'm only not rating it 5 stars because I haven't experienced all services yet. But I am very pleased with what I have received so far. :)
I’m not a lover of going to the dentist and my teeth are a reflection. I have loved going and starting the process of getting over my fears. I can’t say enough about how the crew has put me at ease every time. I’m even on the cancellation call list and will drop whatever I’m doing to go. You won’t be disappointed.
This review is from my husband, Gary, as he is the patient. He is very happy and impressed with his visit. Gentle Dental worked up a thorough plan for him as he needs extensive work done. They're very polite and professional and highly recommended.
