While it takes a longer time between appointments than most people are used to, and more time than I'd like, I have found that this dental office is worth waiting for. The staff has always been exceedingly polite, proficient, and competent. The office and equipment are clean, up to date, and everything is kept well stocked. Exceptional communication throughout the staff including the front desk. Very clean and comfortable. Dr. Melland is amazing and hears you out with any concern. She makes the experience comfortable and as do the dental assistants/hygienists, they all do an amazing job. Bri is one of the hygienists here and she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The compassion of the staff speaks volumes on their leadership.

Amazing staff here! Had a deep cleaning which was a good experience. So far my early experience here has been great and I would highly recommend this place. The only drawback I know is that they are scheduled pretty far out as in months due to lack of the upper staff (dentists). I hope they get more personnel to reduce the wait.

The staff at Gentle Dental Klamath Falls are AMAZING. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist are very caring. I have never been so at ease at the dentist. They do live up to the name GENTLE DENTAL. I am impressed.

First visit today. Definitely 5 stars. Staff was friendly. Office has good vibe. Not the boring dentist/hospital uncomfortable feeling. But still maintaining sterile clean standards.
