Awhile back, I confirmed an establishing appointment, as can be seen in the first 2 images. 10/2/25 at 10:15, I received the text in the third image, stating that if I did not confirm my appointment by 1:00 PM that same day, it would be cancelled. This leaves a last chance confirmation and cancellation period of 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was in pain for months from a broken tooth and when I finally got in to have it repaired I was told the nerve was exposed and may need a root canal. I’m pleasantly surprised this am that my mouth isn’t even sore and there is no pain! The filling is smooth and feels nice when chewing. I’m stoked! Thank you gentle dental!!
Gentle Dental is the perfect name for this business! Doctor Mellon and all the other people at Gentle Dental were very professional and informative. I had an emergency, and they worked me into their appointment list very quickly. I simply cannot express my gratitude enough for them! I would highly recommend Gentle Dental for everyone!
The dentist is sweet and she's gentle. I needed a specific appointment and at first it wasn't going to be until May but they got me in in the same month as my first appointment and I am so grateful. I think that I might have a good experience for once with a dentist
The staff is very friendly. And they were fast. It was my first appointment so they just took pics of my teeth and developed a plan so I didn't get much experience with them but so far they are great.
