Appt 1 - Was a great appointment. Saw Dentist A and she was AMAZING! Super confident, very friendly and you could just feel comfortable knowing that she knew what she was doing. I had many teeth issues because of poor life choices. 8, 9, 10 were first! Tooth 8 had 5 different fillings that needed to be done, however she said NOTHING to me about needing a crown, and was confident that they could be filled with no issue. Appt 2 - Dentist B. Dr. Swe is extremely competent at what she does, knows her stuff and ACTUALLY CARES - which is rare to find these days. She made sure I felt absolutely no discomfort during the whole procedure. She took the extra effort and I am returning for sure! Glad to have found the perfect dentist in the South Sound area.
I have never had such of a good experience when it comes to dentistry, gentle dental is amazing. They have a home warming feeling and personality and make you feel at home in a detrimental state. I will continue to be a client of theirs for the rest of the time I'm in olympia. If you want to be welcome with a smile and informative crew then choose them.
Steer clear went in for a broken bridge granted this place is outside of my network but wanted my bridge fixed which never actually happened. I've had plenty of x rays done but rather than try to get the xrays from prior dentists they do the most expensive one with what looked like a brand new piece of equipment they wanted to play with. I don't know. Anyway when it was all said and done they wernt comfortable doing the bridge for whatever reason and referred me to a specialist. Absolutely the best in dental industry, I always had panic attacks thinking of dentist, this group is amazing, taking care of patients like we out family. From Puyallup to Lacey ( 2 offices I used), I have never been so calm and relaxed before dental procedures or even exam, and honestly God bless them all, human mouth is a disgusting place, you’ll made me feel like a person not just someone with problems in the mouth, Thanks to all, Larisa S.
