Going to the dentist isn't anyone's favorite pastime however I would say this is the best dentist I have been to yet here in Lacey. The dentist was very kind and gentle. The hygienist was funny and knew what she was doing. My 11 year old said it's a 5/5 which is pretty high praise from her.
Was a professional environment. Always messed my insurance up each appointment I went in for. My insurance covers everything. But for some reason I have been getting billed the same bill statement that i’ve called about numerous times and it still has not been resolved after 8 months. Frustrating lol. Never coming back. Don’t recommend honestly.
I got all 4 wisdom teeth out on Thursday May 16th and was told before the procedure that I would be receiving vicodin - I signed all the medication waivers and told them the exact pharmacy to send the meds to. Stopped by the Walgreens on the way home and it hadn’t come in yet - they said they would call me when it’s ready. So I went home and about an hour and a half after I get home, the numbing shots start to wear off and I’m in the worst pain of my entire life. Unfortunately very disorganized. I had my 6 month cleaning scheduled back in December. Thankfully, I always like to call before I head to appointments or I would have showed up to a closed office. I called before I left and was told there was no dentist anymore....thats all fine except I never got notification that my appointment was canceled. No one at the practice answers the phone or emails. I’ve left 2 voicemails and wrote 2 emails and no one has returned my call. They scanned my teeth for aligners back in Jan, I’ve been trying to reach them since Feb in order to schedule an appt to follow through with my aligners however no one has reached out. Why schedule me for a consult and bill my insurance for the scan if you were not able to actually put in the order for aligners? This practice is disorganized and unprofessional.
