Update: called left phone and did not receive a call back. Go figure. Clients often do not receive their proper appointments due to the overwhelming busyness of the staff. Instead of completing appointments, they spend an excessive amount of time rescheduling and masking symptoms. After my treatment, I asked to confirm my next appointment that was scheduled for 6/29/24, however Laura who is the manager along with Becky the office manager spoke to me in their office. Laura already canceled the appointment that was 10 days away and set up multiple months prior. I explained that the main concerns I have with this clinic is around scheduling. The staff at Gentle Dental were so nice and all around on point. Dr. Patel does her job VERY well and is kind, gentle, and very experienced. The dental assistant was easy to talk to, has beautiful eyes, and was very professional. I highly recommend them.
I am 68 years old. This group, the dentist, hygienists, front office staff, everyone is the friendliest, most courteous and professional of all dental offices in my long and consistent history of visiting dentists. I moved to Oregon 4 years ago and the same dentist and hygienist have seen me! From experience frequent staff turnover is a red flag. Absolutely no red flag here. I rate them a 5 star, they are all very friendly and professional. My son and my daughter always tell me how nice they are with them and as their names says gentle. My daughter always gets very nervous at her appointments but they always make sure to make her feel comfortable and safe!
