Really long wait for appts, like 4-8 MONTHS! By the time my 3 fillings are done (my cleaning scheduled for 11 months down the road🫣😬🙄), even though I need one now, and was supposed to in Dec. But didn't happen. When arriving to the apartment I waited 4/5 months for, I had to wait even longer, it was a simple appointment and I was there for 1.5 hours. On another note, the staff is amazing! The hygienist, the dentist, the front desk staff, AMAZING! so, with all that said...I can honestly give them a great review!
Dr.Chou and the entire Gentle Dental staff are incredible. I have taken my daughter to the McMinville and Lancaster/Salem locations and had the same friendly, professional experiences and on multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond to accommodate us with emergency orthodontic assistance. Easiest 5 star review to write, ever! Thank you Dr. Chou and the entire GD staff!
If it could be 0 or negative it would be. My spouse got his front teeth pulled out and it’s like they are so against trying to help him get a front partial, they want him to wait until the full treatment is done when he has extensive work he needs to do, before he can have front teeth. He is 32 years old!!!!!!!! I call to ask about it and the front desk receptionist woman is so beyond rude it’s insane. I don’t know how you work in an industry like this and act like that to people. **2025 update** If you have insurance other than Medicaid, go elsewhere sorry to say. They accept everyone, yes. However they don't have a cap on qty. So they will accept however many. Cleaning in Jan 2025, can't get another till Nov. Benefits start over again on Jan 2026. So I'm not using the benefits I have. I will say- I love the lady who does cleanings. They told me I was not allowed to go back with my husband for his appointment. They told me there was no room for me and I had to have paperwork which was a complete lie because there was other patients right in front of my eyes just going back and forth from the back where the patients go. My husband was extremely nervous for this appointment and really needed me. His blood pressure was so high he went into stage 1 hypertension.
