So much to say, I came in late and unprepared and everybody made it easy for my son to be seen regardless. We were whisked away into the back quickly and we were never left waiting. The dentist arrived quickly and answered all my questions and his nurse was sweet as a peach. I’ve been to other gentle dentals in my area and I’ll just say it’s definitely worth the trip to Salem to see these guys if you aren’t as close. The dental assistant taking my x-rays, dentist and student overseeing were all very knowledgeable and kind. The dental assistant and dentist were very gentle and reassuring, they made the experience pleasant for someone with extreme anxiety with going to the dentist, who was also dealing with a dental emergency! Some of the front desk staff... I had not the same pleasant experience with. Maybe next time will be better!
Love the care I receive. Chalise and Kim are the perfect team Duo! Kuddos to Kim she did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. Didn’t hurt at all and was so kind. Can’t wait to chat again. Chalise as always so happy to hear any of my concerns and address every one of them. Thank you ladies for your work. And admitting curly long hair girl thank you for making me laugh you are so sweet and I needed that laugh.
Gentle Dental Lancaster was very helpful. I went for an emergency drop in, no appointment and their staff was very kind and explained everything to me. The staff and dentists are very knowledgeable and provide great help and tips. Thank you so much Gentle Dental.
My daughter is 14, but had to see a pediatric dentist (fine, understood)but we will not be coming back. I told them her first visit specifically, she had severe dental anxiety, she's had several dental issues and just hasn't had a good experience, like many people. However, when she came out of the appointment that NOBODY EVEN DISCUSSED WITH ME, she said she was treated awful. I found out she needed further treatment when checking out.
