So much to say, I came in late and unprepared and everybody made it easy for my son to be seen regardless. We were whisked away into the back quickly and we were never left waiting. The dentist arrived quickly and answered all my questions and his nurse was sweet as a peach. I’ve been to other gentle dentals in my area and I’ll just say it’s definitely worth the trip to Salem to see these guys if you aren’t as close. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I usually can’t stand going to the dentist and get anxiety, but the team make the experience comfortable and are always willing to accommodate you with the best care that you need. They make sure to explain things in great detail so there is no guessing about what needs to be done. 10/10
Love the care I receive. Chalise and Kim are the perfect team Duo! Kuddos to Kim she did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. Didn’t hurt at all and was so kind. Can’t wait to chat again. Chalise as always so happy to hear any of my concerns and address every one of them. Thank you ladies for your work. And admitting curly long hair girl thank you for making me laugh you are so sweet and I needed that laugh.
My daughter is 14, but had to see a pediatric dentist (fine, understood)but we will not be coming back. I told them her first visit specifically, she had severe dental anxiety, she's had several dental issues and just hasn't had a good experience, like many people. However, when she came out of the appointment that NOBODY EVEN DISCUSSED WITH ME, she said she was treated awful. I found out she needed further treatment when checking out. I came at the wrong time and knocked on the door twice because it was locked. Instead of coming up to the door politely and simply just saying we're not open just yet the women instead was very rude and actively ignored me and then made angry faces and waved her hands around a binch.
