My daughter is 14, but had to see a pediatric dentist (fine, understood)but we will not be coming back. I told them her first visit specifically, she had severe dental anxiety, she's had several dental issues and just hasn't had a good experience, like many people. Had fillings done on Thursday and they missed several small spots on the exact teeth worked on. Treatment is not done well or to completion. Appointments are not available for several months so I will not be able to have this remedied. I have photos for proof if needed. Also, had a root canal in past in this office and the entire tooth broke within 2 months. I have struggled with my dental health all my life i struggle with fine motor skills and flossing is not an easy task for me and I try my best I have been going to these people for the past 12 years i always dread teeth cleaning day because the past hygienist I have seen made me feel bad and was very abrasive towards me. This place is commiting fraud. They are overbooking knowing they don't have dentists there to perform what needs done on patients. Tricking people into coming into their appointments and not giving you services because they don't have the time and make you reschedule. There is another post on Salem Keizer community page saying they came in for a dental cleaning and were told they couldn't do it once they got their due to not having enough doctors. They will take a pointless picture or whatever they can to justify charging in... read more
Gentle gentle is amazing. They're so sweet with my kids and gentle. The dentist there let my son know every step of the way what she was doing and if he felt uncomfortable, to put his little hand up. He was brave so he never did, but I love that she communicated the whole time. They let me sit in while they did his teeth, which in other dental offices in the past, have been prohibited parents in the room. Thank you to them. All the staff there are wonderful. Thank you gentle dental. :)
