It was a good visit and dentist was very thorough and motivated to resolve care needed right away. Then I get to the front desk and told no appts available for 4 mos after I just waited since May to have them cancel on me 2x and get this appt, then another 4 mos again. I’ve waited for 6 mos n they cancelled on me 2x, then had to wait another 6 mos and same thing again. This is the exact reason why I now am in need of asap care now. Gentle gentle is amazing. They're so sweet with my kids and gentle. The dentist there let my son know every step of the way what she was doing and if he felt uncomfortable, to put his little hand up. He was brave so he never did, but I love that she communicated the whole time. They let me sit in while they did his teeth, which in other dental offices in the past, have been prohibited parents in the room. Thank you to them. All the staff there are wonderful. Thank you gentle dental. :)
Front desk attendants were rude there were two who were kind and helpful and one with black and pink hair was just rude and disrespectful the entire time. Seemed like she may not like her job in which case maybe look into a different field of work. Customer service is not her strong suit. Once seen the Dr and other staff were friendly and helpful. Over all they have no availability until mid next year if you are a new patient you might be better off looking elsewhere for care.
I was nervous because it's been a while since I've been to the dentist. Everyone was so nice. I didn't have to wait a long time to be called to the back. Exrays were quick and easy, and the Dr saw me fairly quickly after. The only downfall is the wait time until my next visit. Scheduling over a year out for a cleaning is insane to me.
The staff have always been so friendly and kind. There might be a bit of a wait in the waiting room and to get an appointment, but it's a nice office and the staff is gentle and caring.
