My kids just love Dr. Guillan. Had him for my oldest daughter now my youngest daughter. The back room staff is just amazing and so friendly and patient taking care of my child's needs!
I really love the dentist and the dental assistants here. My kids have been going here since they were over in the other location on Lancaster. I’ve always been so happy with them until this last time I was in. I missed too many appointments in a year period (2 is the max you can miss, per their protocol) because we had influenza B, then influenza A and then Covid and my appointments kept getting switched around per their request (4x for one appt). I tell you what I was not expecting such care and kindness from a place that sees so many people. I only have them 4 stars instead of five because partly on myself. I came in for same day appt so I was there at 630 a.m. signed in and as some of you may already know you wait in your car for a opening, which is also not guaranteed, you may use the restroom but can not leave the parking lot or it's counted as a no show. My kids have been to some dental clinics over the pass years and can’t compare them to this one! Everyone here are extremely nice and awesome. I love that they show care and compassionate when treating my kids. They made them feel comfortable so they don’t get scared to come back on their appointments.
