I came at the wrong time and knocked on the door twice because it was locked. Instead of coming up to the door politely and simply just saying we're not open just yet the women instead was very rude and actively ignored me and then made angry faces and waved her hands around a binch. Gentle gentle is amazing. They're so sweet with my kids and gentle. The dentist there let my son know every step of the way what she was doing and if he felt uncomfortable, to put his little hand up. He was brave so he never did, but I love that she communicated the whole time. They let me sit in while they did his teeth, which in other dental offices in the past, have been prohibited parents in the room. Thank you to them. All the staff there are wonderful. Thank you gentle dental. :)
Awful treatment. Arbitrary rules, takes MONTHS to get in while cavities get worse. If this is where your insurance covers call your CCO and get it changed. I thought by the name that they might offer services like anxiety meds or nitrous oxide(laughing gas) but wrong they dont even have those available. Also apparently getting covid and calling into your appointment qualifies as a no call no show which means after waiting 7 months for an appointment i have to wait another 7 months and the no call no show disqualifies me fro... read more
Took my daughter today. The dental assistants were very patient with my 5 yr old daughter. Talking to her and making her feel safe. Her dentist was great too and very knowledgeable. I appreciate there kindness.
First of all, we normally have a nice experience with Dr. Chow and his team. They are for the most part pretty nice and welcoming. Yesterday, I sent my husband in with my daughter to her ortho appointment and Natalie helped my daughter. Natalie got upset because my husband asked how many teeth were they planning to pull out for my daughter’s ortho treatment and proceeded to say that that is something that should’ve been discussed with Mom at home and then proceeded to ignore him.
