I came at the wrong time and knocked on the door twice because it was locked. Instead of coming up to the door politely and simply just saying we're not open just yet the women instead was very rude and actively ignored me and then made angry faces and waved her hands around a binch. Gentle gentle is amazing. They're so sweet with my kids and gentle. The dentist there let my son know every step of the way what she was doing and if he felt uncomfortable, to put his little hand up. He was brave so he never did, but I love that she communicated the whole time. They let me sit in while they did his teeth, which in other dental offices in the past, have been prohibited parents in the room. Thank you to them. All the staff there are wonderful. Thank you gentle dental. :)
Terrible care at any Gentle dental. I highly recommend going elsewhere. They schedule out 6-8 months plus and then call you two weeks before your long waited appointment to say they need to reschedule and my son will have wait another 8 months… no care for my child at all. This has happened three times and my son hasn’t been to the dentist for almost 2 years thanks to THEIR scheduling. Horrible place no care for their patients DO NOT GO HERE
It was a good visit and dentist was very thorough and motivated to resolve care needed right away. Then I get to the front desk and told no appts available for 4 mos after I just waited since May to have them cancel on me 2x and get this appt, then another 4 mos again. I’ve waited for 6 mos n they cancelled on me 2x, then had to wait another 6 mos and same thing again. This is the exact reason why I now am in need of asap care now. Front desk attendants were rude there were two who were kind and helpful and one with black and pink hair was just rude and disrespectful the entire time. Seemed like she may not like her job in which case maybe look into a different field of work. Customer service is not her strong suit. Once seen the Dr and other staff were friendly and helpful. Over all they have no availability until mid next year if you are a new patient you might be better off looking elsewhere for care.
