The dental hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The front desk person who helped check me in and printed the paperwork was very helpful and friendly. My payment was processed quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making my experience at Gentle Dental a pleasant one.
The customer service in back is amazing. The Dental assistant made me feel at ease and the doctor was direct yet gentle about my diagnosis. In my opinion, the assistant went above and beyond her duties for me. I appreciate that so much. Front office ...could greet people nicely. That is part of their job.
They were awesome here at gentle dental in Lebanon. I have a lot of dental problems and have a huge fear of the dentist. But they made it very comfortable for me, and we're extremely nice. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone that has any kind of fears or problems seeing a dentist.
The front people need to learn how to schedule appointments correctly I had 2 calls from them one right after the other. The first I answered they moved my appointment up an hour the second I did not answer and they were asking if I could come in even earlier and I could not. I showed up for the appointment I confirmed when speaking to the receptionist and after waiting 15min asked why they had me come in early and the lady said oh we had another schedule change and are sticking to the original appointment.
