I have received nothing but excellent care from Gentle Dental in Newberg. The staff is kind and helpful, the office is clean and up-to-date, the hygienists are top notch, and the dentists are skilled, personable and have always put me at ease. Thank you for all the good work GD does! I appreciate the care you all are putting into the practice and patients.
I’ve been going to the same dentist my whole life and felt nervous to switch. The parking was easy. The front desk staff was super patient and check in was very easy. The dental assistant was super kind and so sweet she was also very informative when taking x-rays. She let me know if there was any discomfort she could reposition the piece and even considered that my son was present and made sure he was in a safe space and still able to see me. My daughter first visit for her teeth cleaning staffs is very nice and my daughter seems like it. Some small thing was inline posted interpreter available for pretty much most languages and the check in form I need interpreter day before for my daughter visit this didn’t happen. I know that insurance will pay interpreter and service provider should help arrange this either in person or online, is not my patient job looking interpreter.
