Very professional, and sanitary location. The dentist, and staff knew what they were doing and listened to all of my concerns. I had a terrible experience with my PREVIOUS dentist and that is why I became a new patient here. They definitely made me feel much more comfortable than my last dentist. One downside is the long waits between appointments because they are so far booked out, but they are popular for a reason, and they offer walk in emergency services during designated hours if you can't wait. I have received nothing but excellent care from Gentle Dental in Newberg. The staff is kind and helpful, the office is clean and up-to-date, the hygienists are top notch, and the dentists are skilled, personable and have always put me at ease. Probably my least favorite dental office I've ever been to. I went here for a few years and did not love any of my experiences there. One of my cleanings took an inordinate amount of time (45+ minutes) even though my hygienist told me I had very clean teeth going into it. I showed up to a 10:00 appointment and was still waiting at 10:30, I ended up having to leave before my name was called because I had limited time and expected to be seen right at 10. Newberg Gentle Dental is a first class place. The whole staff treats you with total respect. The doctors explain everything very well and patiently answer all of your questions. They do high quality work on you. No need to be nervous going here! 👍👍
