I am extremely happy with my experience at Gentle Dental in Newberg Oregon. Dr. Thomas was from the very beginning, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She explained the situation that I was in with my cracked molar in detail. She suggesteda second opinion from an endodontist. after speaking with her, I was confident an extraction was the way to go. Besides being the hottest day of the year and ac had to work overtime I had a great staff service and excellent dental work. Thank you Dr. Jones and the rest of the staff at Newberg Smile Keepers!!!!!

The worst dental office! The receptionist is downright rude and lies when trying to get records. New patients, Kids and wife went in for their cleanings and exams. The hygienist rushed through, barely speaking to the kids or wife. Just went through the procedure, never explained what each step was or what the results were meaning. The dentist ignored them, rattling off comments and numbers to the hygienist. Finally said, no cavities and got up and walked away. My son's teeth still have visible plaque. If I could give them zero stars I would. Originally scheduled an appointment with them in December, which was scheduled months prior. December rolled around and they cancelled the appointment because they didn't have a provider, understandable the first time around. Rescheduled for February, they call 7 days before the appointment to reschedule as they don't have a provider yet. Staff turnaround is understandable, but why continue to schedule appointments or offer to reschedule when they cannot meet their patient's needs? A... read more

Terrible communication, they never informed me that they changed the time of my appointment until I arrived, they don't know that you change your work schedule to attend on time and they come out with this, it's not fair that they play with people's time. They just tell me that my appointment is at 4:00 and then the card with the time they give about what happens maybe I have to guess or what?

Disorganized practice with bad dental results. I had multiple bad experiences with this dental group over the past year. I originally went for a cleaning and exam, which turned up a small cavity that needed fixing. I didn't have any pain or concerns prior to that appointment. I came back for my filling and endured the procedure only half-numbed.
