This is the Best Dentist office. The staff are always pleasant, professional and friendly. Every appointment I’ve experienced have always been positive. I get a large amount of anxiety when it comes to Dental work but it’s comforting knowing this Clinic provides amazing care and services. I always leave my appointments happy and satisfied with their work. You won’t be disappointed by investing your dental care with this Clinic. I promise.
Wait months for an appointment, never receive a reminder call, but show up for appointment anyway only to be told that the appointment wasn’t confirmed, so it was cancelled. Lather, rinse, repeat. After having this happen more than once, we took it upon ourselves to call and confirm the appointment just over 24 hours in advance. No one answered the phone, so I left a message stating we were confirming the appointment for the next day, and left our phone number if they had any questions or issues. Every appointment is booked months out and it NEVER fails that they call just days before to simply cancel. I waited over 3 months for a scheduled appointment and they called me stating they have to cancel my appointment because there won't be any dentists in that day. Are you kidding? No dentists? I'm finding another practice. Good riddance.
My sons have had multiple procedures done at this clinic, and overall has been really with the experience. Office ladies are kind, dentists are nice and treat you with respect, the hygienists are gentle and knowledgeable. The only issue is a lot of the time, there are no appointments available, they end up calling and rescheduling you, or the appointments are so far out it makes you consider learning DIY dentistry lol
I had an infected tooth extracted and was super nervous going in for the procedure. They were very professional and understanding. The extraction went very well, was quick and almost completely painless! I could not believe just how quick and painless it was. I highly recommend Gentle Dental and will be going there for all my future dental needs. 5 stars!!
