This is the Best Dentist office. The staff are always pleasant, professional and friendly. Every appointment I’ve experienced have always been positive. I get a large amount of anxiety when it comes to Dental work but it’s comforting knowing this Clinic provides amazing care and services. I always leave my appointments happy and satisfied with their work. You won’t be disappointed by investing your dental care with this Clinic. I promise.
Wait months for an appointment, never receive a reminder call, but show up for appointment anyway only to be told that the appointment wasn’t confirmed, so it was cancelled. Lather, rinse, repeat. After having this happen more than once, we took it upon ourselves to call and confirm the appointment just over 24 hours in advance. No one answered the phone, so I left a message stating we were confirming the appointment for the next day, and left our phone number if they had any questions or issues. Every appointment is booked months out and it NEVER fails that they call just days before to simply cancel. I waited over 3 months for a scheduled appointment and they called me stating they have to cancel my appointment because there won't be any dentists in that day. Are you kidding? No dentists? I'm finding another practice. Good riddance.
My sons and I have had multiple procedures done at this clinic, and overall have been really, really satisfied with the care we’ve received. The office ladies are lovely, the hygienists are nice, the ortho side of things is great too (eldest got his braces with them). I had a procedure done after not seeing a dentist for 15 years. I was terrified, to say the least.
