I’ve been going to the same dentist my whole life and felt nervous to switch. The parking was easy. The front desk staff was super patient and check in was very easy. The dental assistant was super kind and so sweet she was also very informative when taking x-rays. She let me know if there was any discomfort she could reposition the piece and even considered that my son was present and made sure he was in a safe space and still able to see me. Amazing experience with Dr riddle! 100% recommend him as a dentist. His assistant is also amazing. I always connect with everyone there. Receptionists are always the best to! My daughter first visit for her teeth cleaning staffs is very nice and my daughter seems like it. Some small thing was inline posted interpreter available for pretty much most languages and the check in form I need interpreter day before for my daughter visit this didn’t happen. I know that insurance will pay interpreter and service provider should help arrange this either in person or online, is not my patient job looking interpreter. The staff and Dr Riddle are AMAZING!!! I can't express how kind and caring they truly were. When a dental emergency arises and your regular dentures you awfully and other places were too booked up I came here and was blown away by how quickly they were able to get me in for an emergency but also get me back in the same day to address the issue and fix it without me waiting weeks and being in pain. I have now switched my dental care here because of how great the staff and doctor were.
This is the Best Dentist office. The staff are always pleasant, professional and friendly. Every appointment I’ve experienced have always been positive. I get a large amount of anxiety when it comes to Dental work but it’s comforting knowing this Clinic provides amazing care and services. I always leave my appointments happy and satisfied with their work. You won’t be disappointed by investing your dental care with this Clinic. I promise.
