I have received nothing but excellent care from Gentle Dental in Newberg. The staff is kind and helpful, the office is clean and up-to-date, the hygienists are top notch, and the dentists are skilled, personable and have always put me at ease. I’ve been going to the same dentist my whole life and felt nervous to switch. The parking was easy. The front desk staff was super patient and check in was very easy. The dental assistant was super kind and so sweet she was also very informative when taking x-rays. She let me know if there was any discomfort she could reposition the piece and even considered that my son was present and made sure he was in a safe space and still able to see me. Probably my least favorite dental office I've ever been to. I went here for a few years and did not love any of my experiences there. One of my cleanings took an inordinate amount of time (45+ minutes) even though my hygienist told me I had very clean teeth going into it. I showed up to a 10:00 appointment and was still waiting at 10:30, I ended up having to leave before my name was called because I had limited time and expected to be seen right at 10. Newberg Gentle Dental is a first class place. The whole staff treats you with total respect. The doctors explain everything very well and patiently answer all of your questions. They do high quality work on you. No need to be nervous going here! 👍👍
