This is the best experience that I've ever had since I've had my dentures. Everybody in the office was so friendly. Made my entire experience go really smooth. I went to affordable Dentures and they were so rude. I've already went there, paid my money. They told me I had a guarantee there and then when I tried to call back and get my appointment I told them I was having pain at affordable Dentures. I love Dr. Joh and his staff. I have always had major anxiety and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I also have been cursed with the worst teeth no matter what I do and I trust Dr. Joh to do what needs to be done because I know he will make sure I am not in any pain or discomfort.
My wife and I had back to back appointments. We were under the belief that on our initial visit we would get an exam and cleaning. This was not to happen. The xrays were done and than the doctor comes in to give the bad news. Both of us were told we had multiple issues. Both requiring extra payments in addition to our insurance. My wife requested a cleaning and was given a very painful and traumatizing cleaning. The hygienist kept saying it was the machine. Cost effective, accepts most major insurance, open on Saturdays, and welcoming staff that provided exceptional care. My dentist explained in detail what corrective action was necessary in order to repair a poorly fitted crown.
Not happy wasted a whole day off. They just did X-ray and said this what you need to do. I wanted my teeth cleaned but they can’t do it until may. And they want 780.00 to clean them. No thank you
