Thank you Angel for an amazing experience with a professional and caring dental hygienist. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also appreciated the helpful oral hygiene tips. Highly recommend Angel.

Overall, Gentle Dental Palm Valley/Goodyear is a reasonable dental office. At least here, they do communicate--something I can't say about the Gentle Dental Avondale location. While follow-up communication isn't always quick, they make an effort to listen, research, and address concerns over time. I'd choose this location over their Avondale office any day

I went to Gentle Dental as my recent dentist no longer took my insurance. Found Gentle Dental because they took both mine and my husbands insurance and they were very close to my home. This place is amazing! Every single team member I have dealt with is so welcoming. Very professional. Great customer service. Very helpful with any questions. So glad I found them!!!

All businesses are not created equal. It's the people that make the difference. The people here at this location are of the best quality you will find. Gilbert is one of the best people you'll have help you with your smile . I have found my new dental professionals.

From the beginning I was concerned to visit the dentist after 10+ years without dental checkups, upon the initial consultation- (which was sensational) with Dr. Mark Sampang and his assistant Rachael who is very educational on X-rays the decision to have a couple tooth filings and a wisdom tooth extracted was made. Don't go here. This dentist wanted to fix a crown and pull 2 teeth. Wasn't happy about what he was saying because of what I as told by my dentist about these teeth. Only went to first dentist because it was a holiday weekend and I broke a tooth. So when I went to my dentist I found out I had a really bad infection and had to get some antibiotics in me before they could work on my teeth. The dentist at Gentle never said anything about me having an infection.

I would NEVER recommend this dentist office for several reasons. I will start by saying this, my initial visit wasn't bad at all, it was my first time going to this location and for the most part, everyone was pleasant. I called a couple weeks later to have a follow up appointment for some work that had been completed at one of their other office locations.
