This is the best experience that I've ever had since I've had my dentures. Everybody in the office was so friendly. Made my entire experience go really smooth. I went to affordable Dentures and they were so rude. I've already went there, paid my money. They told me I had a guarantee there and then when I tried to call back and get my appointment I told them I was having pain at affordable Dentures. I love Dr. Joh and his staff. I have always had major anxiety and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I also have been cursed with the worst teeth no matter what I do and I trust Dr. Joh to do what needs to be done because I know he will make sure I am not in any pain or discomfort.
I have a great experience, Dr Joh is very profesional and he did a great job with the treatment that I needed, all the staff is exceptional, very polyte and profesional, Dr"s assistant was very patient with me because I'm so nervous in the dentist but she explained me all the procedure and what to expect, her name I think is Maya, she is so sweet and patient, they went beyond my expectations. It’s a real pleasure getting my pearly whites cleaned at this office. The staff is friendly, the hygienist takes her time, the office is bright and clean! Highly recommend!
My wife and I had back to back appointments. We were under the belief that on our initial visit we would get an exam and cleaning. This was not to happen. The xrays were done and than the doctor comes in to give the bad news. Both of us were told we had multiple issues. Both requiring extra payments in addition to our insurance.
