Im sad to write this because I picked this location out myself, but this place is completely unprofessional and lacks communication skills. I’m a new patient so this was my first encounter with this office, or lack thereof. I have 4 text messages and 4 emails from them confirming my appointment on 5/2/25 at 4pm. Upon arriving to my appointment (after having to leave work early for this) I arrived to a locked door. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharing my wife's experience with this location. She should've known better after they canceled her first appointment the day prior. They have canceled three separate appointments after she has taken days off work for these appointments. This is beyond unprofessional. They may as well shut this office down until they can hire a reliable Dr. There is only one Dr so you can't just see someone else. I was sorely disappointed by this office. I showed up for my appointment and had to wait nearly an hour to be seen. After my consultation, I then was told I had to come back another day for my cleaning, even though I booked for both. I had to ask for time off from work to be here, spent over an hour commuting, waited so long, only to see the dentist for 10 minutes. And they're all booked out until March so I can't even book my cleaning within a reasonable amount of time!

I recently visited Gentle Dental and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dr. Duboff is truly outstanding – his expertise, gentle approach, and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease during my procedure.
