Let me just say that when someone walks in an establishment you don’t STARE at them without uttering a single word as a receptionist. 👁️👄👁️It was giving awkward and weird. Greetings are a given in any type of facility providing treatment or care or any establishment for that matter. Very personable customer service. Welcoming from the time you enter to the time you leave. The dental assistant was very kind, explaining everything in detail. The dentist was very professional and kind exceptional bedside manner. The entire experience was very positive and everyone made it easy for a young person to get a wisdom tooth removed.
Everyone has been accommodating and inviting! I was lucky enough to get in on a cancellation two days after Sullivette had scheduled me a new patient appointment. Iana took x-rays without causing me any discomfort (!); and I was happy to have Dr. Kinghorn (the Humming Dentist) do my exam. He answered all my questions and provided options. I appreciate everyone’s good humor and professionalism.
Informative, friendly, actually listened to what I was wanting to do and gave me every option available for me to choose what I wanted done with my dental treatment. Been going to gentle dental since 2013 I believe. Have never had a problem!
If you have any choice in dentists, don't go here. If you miss an appointment it'll be at least a year until they can reschedule you, and because the turnover rate here is obscene, you'll never see the same people working here twice. I was a patient here for four years, and I was only able to get in for three appointments, two of which were for the same thing because they screwed up the x-rays first time, and the third was supposed to be a cleaning but wasn't because they screwed up the scheduling.
