the manager I believe her name was Melissa was amazing and very quick and set up my appointment one day when the computers were acting up. she was a delight! the hygienist was amazing as well the rest of the office was a bit meh but didn't deal with them much.
I have the worst experience there with the person who does the appointments she's a liar she's very disrespectful every time I go she's rude she's obnoxious and verry unprofessional and always has a smirk and on her face when you're trying to explain laughing in your face she's very rude
I had been a new patient at this clinic for about a year. Made a treatment plan. Most expensive procedures they, not me, wanted done asap had done. Then had a tooth ache. When in as emergency. Told they would contact me for a follow-up appointment. Never received a call back even after leaving several messages. Now I am looking for a new dentist.
They clearly do not have the capacity to handle the patients they've taken on. Their dentist is only around three days a week which means you can't get an appointment sooner than six months at absolute best. Their office staff is overwhelmed--when I knew I was gonna be late to an appointment I tried to call to see if I would still be able to get in, but no one picked up because there was only one person on the phones and they were apparently helping someone else at the time. Avoid this office. Poor service top to bottom. Assistants constantly asking the dentist how to do basic tasks. Had tools pushed to far into my throat at all four appointments. Extremely slow. To top it off was hung up on when I asked questions about my treatment. They will try and overbook you to make more money. I had multiple other dentist's give me an opinion and they all agreed I was being given unnecessary treatment so they could bill my insurance over and over.
