Never a long wait. Always gives a much needed, reminder call. The new dentist was nice. Alex the Hygienist is always very pleasant with good advice on improving my tooth and gum health.

Office staff made appointment mistakes. Office staff not in office when I arrived. Medical staff had to process paperwork. They did great but not very familiar with software...that is why office staff should have been available. HOWEVER....Medical staff and doctor where very nice. Explained everything very well... for this reason, I'd return.

I had to schedule with a specialist because I kept having panic attacks in the chair. That's never happened until recently. The way they look at you if you need anything for anxiety is a bit heartbreaking, but I scheduled the appt 6 months out. The appt time came and went and I got no updates. I just called and they said I was supposed to schedule it with the specialist, they didn't tell me they would be mailing something and that I'd have to schedule it from there. My Vist Tuesday was professional and on time . From the front desk to the practice manager I was given the best treatment you could ask for in a dental setting . Would recommend thanks Melissa and Staff .

Absolutely terrible experience this dentist told me I was ugly for having my teeth the way they are he basically also told me that I was poor and it was a shame that I couldn’t afford a bridge or caps and asked me if my husband thinks that I’m pretty the way I look This was by far the worst most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had anywhere! I will be calling corporate and making a complaint
