Dr Pop took the time to listen and answer all my concerns. I was having trouble swallowing to the point I was only eating ice cream and soft food. All my other doctors had failed in my diagnosis, but after extensive tests and his advice I was finally able to resolve my concerns.
I absolutely would recommend this practice and this Dr. Sometimes the Dr is good but the office is not. In this case both were excellent.
Worst experience ever. He barely talked to me after my endoscopy. The nurse had to keep reminding him that I was waiting to leave. When he finally called out, he seemed preoccupied and literally took 30 seconds to talk to me. Seven weeks after procedure.... no phone call, no email, no letter as to my biopsy results. I tried several times to contact him through the office but they are not allowed to give our doctor emails and there was no other way to contact him.
