Rachel did a phenomenal job. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my case. It did take a while, which is to be expected. Before I talked with Rachel I was very lost and confused on how to handle everything. She was wonderful at communicating with me every step of the way.

So far everything is going well. The intake department is very thorough about documents needing to be requested and completed in order to proceed with the case. Once things have progressed further I'll update my post again.

Christian I think was the male lawyer's name. He's rude, this office communication is poor. After so much time of not hearing from them, you have to call them yourself to get any updates on your case. Yet they'd wear the fight for you. I eventually got a very small check 10-11 months later. When I asked if we could fight for more, I was told "just take what you can get or you won't get nothing" I would let recommend this place to anyone. I couldn't even get a word out hardly to talk about my case or what I was seeking.
