I had a nice time today at Georgia auto Pond dealing with Isa. She was a great customer service. She was a good person and she has a really good spirit about herself.
Ruben was amazing! He helped me get my loan at a fair rate, even though I came in right before closing. He stayed late just to make sure everything was taken care of and explained the process clearly. Excellent customer service I really appreciate his patience and professionalism!

5 stars to the man who did my loan but the lady came out the back room looking like a zombie, clearly she was sleeping and she’s rude. Very unprofessional but the guy who did my loan was very professional and quick. Place smells awful like someone is cooking there and stinks bad. Management please do something
