My initial experience (Power Springs Rd, Marietta,Ga location) with the lady at the front desk she seemed impatient and rude. Please, don't go by the 5 star rating for this place! I gave 2 stars because I was able to get a the loan. When I returned within 30 days to pay the loan off an older white man seemed to assume that I did not have the resources to pay the loan off after he declined the use of my credit card. This was my first time doing a title pawn and it was by far a God send in a sticky situation. Jaz went above and beyond to assist me and my husband in our time of need. She was very professional and friendly. Her and Shakira were super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
I must say that the staff has been very helpful and supportive of my needs and I would recommend anyone to this place, they were able too assist me with a loan that was fair and reasonable, and gives you enough time to make payments if you can’t pay it off quickly enough, this is the place to go to!!
I deal with Jazzmine at GAP and she is amazing. Very good personality and understanding. She is actually more about helping me to pay off my loan than coming after me for the money
