I went in to see about getting a loan and LaTonya was very helpful. She took her time & explained the whole process to me. LaTonya was very personable & made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the place to my family & friends. Customer service was top tier!

Went here for a small loan twice and both times I was taken care of. The young lady Kenyatta was very nice, answered all of my questions, and got me in and out fairly quickly. I’d definitely come back here as they seem to really care about their customers.
I appreciate these ladies so much. The process was pretty quick and they helped me stay afloat. I was out of work for a week and coming up here just saved my butt. 10/10 I recommend this place to everybody I know.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kenyatta's customer service was 1000/10 and I would recommend this location to anyone. I was having an issue with getting in contact with my home branch and called the Douglasville branch in hopes of getting some help. Kenyatta was very kind and compassionate during a frustrating situation and went above and beyond to help me navigate my situation. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance and kindness!
