If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kenyatta's customer service was 1000/10 and I would recommend this location to anyone. I was having an issue with getting in contact with my home branch and called the Douglasville branch in hopes of getting some help. Kenyatta was very kind and compassionate during a frustrating situation and went above and beyond to help me navigate my situation. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance and kindness!
Mr. Cedric & Kenyata were so friendly and welcoming. I absolutely recommend them of all. Me and my husband had the best experience with them both.

They lost the title to one of my cars the one I was originally going to pawn, but didn’t have access to at the moment so I put another vehicle in the whole arrangement was to go back and pawn the title that they were holding once I had the vehicle which I got like a week later and they had lost my title and they actually gave me a strangers title and I had it for over a week before I realized it wasn’t even my name And Its been two months they have not found my title and put my car out the to repo service yet they lost my t... read more
