Ms Lakeebler did an excellent job. Detailed, Professionally done service, answered all questions and went step by step. Also to not she was working with Ms. Brittney and as a team they handled business in very team work productive way. Handling phones, reports, and my application process without delay. Took my grandmother in customer service was top tier. She was approved for the loan Ms. Brittany was very Informative and explained every detail of the loan to my 75 year old grandmother and made sure she understood all the details.
