I see dr. Katcouri and out of the 10 times I've been to the office, I never see him until I had a cystoscope a couple of weeks ago. I was told it would take 5 minutes or so. He was only in there maybe a minute. His only diagnoses was I was overweight so that's why I keep getting UTI'S which was later debunked by 2 seperate doctors. 6 months after my husband's prostrate biopsy and we're still waiting for a refund of the estimate paid prior to the biopsy. They screwed up the first 2 claims to our insurance company however it appears their third try was correct and paid. Now I'm being forced to chase them for a refund. Follow up... after spending 1+ hour on hold is morning I was informed they're complete with our insurance and owe us a refund. I have never seen a doctor’s office that’s so hard to get a hold of somebody. I just called and they said the estimated wait time is 107 minutes. WTH????? Absolutely no customer service. With as big as an operation, this is they should have enough people to answer their phones. I am supposed to have a surgical procedure in June. This is very concerning. If I have any issues, I’m not gonna be able to get a hold of anybody.
I became a new patient at the Gainesville location after Dr Fisher retired. I am very less than impressed with the experience of attempting to get a expired prescription renewed. This location is not in my normal path of travel, and will continue to be so. I am shopping for another Urologist. The experience I had trying to reach them by phone was abhorrent.
No one answers the phone me they never call you back. We have left several messages last week and now we are going through the same thing this week. Guess ill have ro drive down there to get appointment rescheduled and medication refilled
