They will NOT answer the phone! We cannot get them to fill my dad's medication. We've been trying for five days. They never call back. They never pick up. We're incredibly upset.
Asst. who came to escort me to the room, called me by incorrect name. When my husband nicely told her about my first name, she again called me back - using same incorrect name. She appeared Hispanic & wore her hair in a bun. When J.C. came in, NO info was had in her computer re: my ambulance trip to Gainesville. Nor re: the EMERGENCY surgery required, the sepsis that developed nor the required stay in ICU. I have call many times to find out where my medication is. Never can get anyone on the phone and I have left many messages. Services is poorly with this office.
I was referred to them by my urgent care provider and was prompted to schedule an appointment online. I followed the link sent to me and after trying several times was unable to schedule with them, it really seems their scheduling service doesn’t work at all. Still needing to schedule, I called them 5 different times over the course of the day and spent about an hour waiting and still couldn’t reach someone. I’m very disappointed as I need care but it’s literally impossible to speak to someone.
I am on the verge of firing Dr. Sharpe. I have left messages for two weeks both with receptionist and via the patient portal concerning my father. I received a call from the hospital to schedule a repeat procedure without the doctor calling me to discuss first. This is unacceptable. My multiple messages had to do with this procedure as I am my father’s healthcare agent. The only person who has gone out of her way to help me has been Monique in the Gainesville office.
