I am on the verge of firing Dr. Sharpe. I have left messages for two weeks both with receptionist and via the patient portal concerning my father. I received a call from the hospital to schedule a repeat procedure without the doctor calling me to discuss first. This is unacceptable. I was referred to them by my urgent care provider and was prompted to schedule an appointment online. I followed the link sent to me and after trying several times was unable to schedule with them, it really seems their scheduling service doesn’t work at all. Still needing to schedule, I called them 5 different times over the course of the day and spent about an hour waiting and still couldn’t reach someone. I’m very disappointed as I need care but it’s literally impossible to speak to someone.
Dr Stanley is fantastic ! He is a caring thoughtful doctor . I would recommend him without a second thought . He takes a personal interest in his patients and is very professional . Thank you Dr Stanley
Anything I say in writing would sound derogatory and I don’t mean it that way. I am semi satisfied with Ga.Urology and will continue to use them as needed. I will stay with them at least until we get my October surgery fixed.
Absolutely the worse in customer service. Phones are not answered and clients are always put on hold. The on hold time is way too long and unreasonable.
