I became a new patient at the Gainesville location after Dr Fisher retired. I am very less than impressed with the experience of attempting to get a expired prescription renewed. This location is not in my normal path of travel, and will continue to be so. I am shopping for another Urologist. The experience I had trying to reach them by phone was abhorrent.

No one answers the phone me they never call you back. We have left several messages last week and now we are going through the same thing this week. Guess ill have ro drive down there to get appointment rescheduled and medication refilled

Called three times for information on a scheduled procedure. On the third time was informed that the message was sent. Left a message on MyChart but no response. The clerical staff is beyond belief. No assistance whatsoever. Somebody needs to gain control of the clinical staff and demand better patient consideration. Probably going to change practice.

Doctor Katkori Devendar, is a terrible listener. He didn't care about my symptoms and needs. If he don't have the touch to do this profession, he should just quit. Having problems down there requires consultation. Forget about him. Find someone who cares.

I have been on hold for over ten minutes trying to reschedule an appointment. With as big as this business is you mean to tell me they don’t have enough staff to answer the phones????? I teach and I can’t be on the phone all day waiting for someone to answer.
