I have no issues with Dr. Hebert, but yikes, what a hassle getting my prescription in a timely manner. Three days later I finally got it. I gave the front office staff my new pharmacy, filled it in again in the tablet, yet it was still sent to my old pharmacy, which I wasn't aware of. Also, some random doctor is listed as my PCP in the portal, someone I never heard of, which I also updated while I was in the office. Whatever you need to do in your office to fix these issues, please do it!!
Had billing question, no one picked up after holding 30 min. Left message late morning, no one ever got back to me. I will go anywhere else but here. I called and requested to speak to no avail. I went online to let them know what happened but I couldn't find that option
Such an incredible team I’ve never known going to the doctor could be filled with so much laughter. Dr. Lou (Urologist) and her team, especially her assistant,, starting with the letter “T”and the rainbow colored crocs, she was phenomenal. I can’t remember if her name was Trisha or Tracy I just remember the “T”!!! I remember her energy, her spirit, her kindness, her professionalism, and most of all her care. No one should have this much fun at a doctors office. 😂🤣😅
Courteous and helpful staff. Friendly, prompt and patient. Caroline Lu, MD arrived promptly after I was delayed. We had a long discussion about my issues. She listened attentively, asked probing questions in a very polite manner and gave her advice.
It was my first time at Georgia Urology Medical Center in Sandy Springs. The staff was very professional, kind and friendly. Everyone one had great attitude which made me feel very comfortable. I was seen by Akash Kapadia, MD. and he was very pleasant with also a grate attitude. He listen to what I had to say and didn't try to over talk me or rush me. Outstanding Service!!!
