The doctors here are refusing to refill my medication due to a diagnosis “they” gave me 14years ago. The Words used is “dangerous”! That means negligence on the previous doctors and nurses here over the past 14years based on this so I guess this puts everyone I’ve seen in the way of negligence up to this point ? what year started the dangerous year? Dr.Lu, so far, has always been very personable, a good listener and gives attention to detail. I would recommend her. The office staff has always been efficient and pleasant.
Unfortunately, I have had to have catheter removal twice here. They are great at what they do. Very professional, kind & gentle enough that the experience was not overly painful.
It’s not the office, but Dr Mark Haber did not help me!! I went in to see him about kidney stone pain that I’m experiencing, and to ask about some cysts on my kidneys that showed up on my ultrasound. He told me to ‘come back in 3 months and we can get a CT Scan, and go from there. That if one of my cysts that may be a little suspicious was cancer, that they will not treat it anyways. My husband had the appointment. Dr. Canter was very pleasant and to the point. He articulated the plan of service in an understandable way. Nurse Rebecca was a breath of fresh air. She gave us additional information which made us even more comfortable.
