Everyone at the office was nice, exceptional people.The young lady that walked me back to the exam room was a very special person. The nurse was especially friendly and understanding. The doctor had a good personality/ bedside manner and I felt very comfortable. He listened to me and was extremely helpful. My total experience was excellent.
The experience was very warming and professional which gave me a feeling of assurance I was in good hands. Receptionist desk needs a little better greeting behavior. I still give 5 stars though.
Appt went fine though I had to fill out paperwork twice. For whatever reason, everything I filled out online prior to the appt, I was asked again to complete it in person once I arrived with no real explanation. Other than that, my doctor was great and I didn't have to wait long to see him.
Friendly staff, clean office, wait time 5 mins. I liked Dr. Chen: he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend.
This doctor office was very helpful and very courteous to my needs doctor was very explanatory and was fast to get me another appointment. Everyone was very nice and concern. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
