Everyone at the office is nice, accommodating and respectful. They also pay attention to my concerns about my condition and treatment. And make it their mission to help treat my condition. I’ve been ignored and dismissed at other doctors offices but the people here makes me feel heard and cared for. I recommend this office for your urology needs.
I would've maybe had a better review to give, if I was able to even go at all. I was a referred new patient and my appointments was changed 4 times, by your office. Everything from doctors being sick to they're are in surgery at this point I'm irritated and I'll find another provider and office with better scheduling and professionalism. I'm not going to keep setting appointments only to have them canceled that's ridiculous. Love the experience with Neal. He was very comforting and informative. I believe he is an excellent PA. My only negative comment is i was sent a notice about the front office needing paperwork. When i asked for my forms, there weren't any to fill out. It made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. Aside from my personal problem with being embarrassed, the office visit was excellent, just like the staff.
I've been a GA Urology patient for a few years now and the care, attention to detail, and ease of scheduling have always been great. The administrative staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Bert Chen and Neil Trossevin, PA-C, are both very caring and kind. They provide clear, understandable responses to my questions and concerns. And I always feel like I'm truly included in the process from beginning to end. I highly recommend GA Urology!
The first impression I had when I was checking in when the staff looked very unfriendly, did not welcomed me or smiled. After my check in I waited in the waiting room for about 5 mins, which was good. I was taken in and was shown to my examination room by the nurse. She told me the doctor would be with me shortly and then never came back to update why the doctor was late.
