This practice does not follow the Cures Act and only disclosed biopsy results once a formal complaint was filed for information blocking. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband. Was told by the receptionist that my husband has an unpaid balance of $25 from 2019 which was filled to collection and refused to provide help with the appointment scheduling. Against the law to turn down the patient first of all. There is no balance after I found out by contacting collection. Very rude and incompetent service.
Almost impossible to get in touch with these people. Constantly put on hold and long wait times. Call backs want you to wait all day. Physicians are good when you can see them. Update: Never called me. But I did get a bill.
Was very satisfied with my experience at Georgia Urology. Due to road conditions, I was very late for my appointment. Surprisingly the staff after consultation with Dr. Chen were able to accommodate me. I will for ever be greatfull for the level of service I received during my visit.
They don’t ever answer the phones! I am a new customer and I’ve been calling everyday for an entire week but no one ever answers. They don’t even call you back when you press the prompt to request a call back. Don’t waste your time.
