I been working with these people for years. They have excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers. It’s like a family affair. You be surprise what all they can do and provide if only you ask. I would like to give special mention, keke and Katrina is top notch. Of course we know doctors are great but the front desk and back office make it all pull together and impact your experience so I would be remiss not to provide that clarity.
Took a friend this past Monday to Conyers, for a procedure. At the front desk, we were told, appointment booked in Decatur. This was done in error. Alyssa, front desk person, was so helpful to see that my friend was seen promptly in Conyers. Kalah, the medical assistant, was friendly and very professional. We are very pleased with Dr. Chen and his staff.
I’m not sure if the negative comments are based off personal experience but today I was there for procedure with Dr. Chen and I will say thank you Dr. The lady at the front desk was welcoming but those women in the back Omgosh we’re so pleasant. My anxiety was so high but they were so comforting. Dr. Chen is so gentle and he even apologizes during procedures if he feels he’s doing too much. Good morning! My experience there was wonderful on yesterday, March 25, 2026. Dr. Trossevun and the whole staff was wonderful The only thing that I didn’t understand was after the visit was over I received a message in the portal stating that a test for a urine culture/urinalysis was ordered, and I was never asked to produce a sample from the assistant to be tested and never left a sample throughout the visit. What is the problem with your administration? Dealing with Dr. Chen was great, surgery, office visits, all great. Dealing with the rest of the staff leaves much to be desired. The PA-C ordered a scan and it took months to finally get that accomplished. The lab said they didn't receive the order. We called and GU said they sent it. Back and forth over the phone 3-4 times to no avail. We advised GU the facility said they could call it in. We were told they don't do it that way(they fax).
