Was very satisfied with my experience at Georgia Urology. Due to road conditions, I was very late for my appointment. Surprisingly the staff after consultation with Dr. Chen were able to accommodate me. I will for ever be greatfull for the level of service I received during my visit.
I had concerns one week post op, I called and was told to leave right now and Dr Chen could see me . It was an a big concern and sort of an emergency to me and their response gave me the comfort I needed to get there in an hour. I waited no more than 7 minutes was taken Beck to exam room and was shortly relieved of my concerns by Doctor Chen. The staff is friendly and personable , I always feel welcome and given excellent attention. This location is one of the best in their system
Dr Futral is one of the best Doctors I have encountered. He is extremely personable and spends time explaining one's condition and options for treatment. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I woke up today and felt as if I might have a bladder infection and a kidney stone. Contacted the office they worked me in same day. I received excellent care. A cat scan was ordered for kidney stone clarification and antibiotics given. Everyone is so nice from the front desk staff, girls in the back,and Neil the provider.
So far my experience has been a nightmare. On the day of my appointment the lady at the window forgot to put in the computer that I had arrived, I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hrs. The Dr called in a cream to my pharmacy but they call was never made. After 6 weeks I had a virtual appointment and dr Neil was surprised that I hadn't received my medicine.
