What is the problem with your administration? Dealing with Dr. Chen was great, surgery, office visits, all great. Dealing with the rest of the staff leaves much to be desired. The PA-C ordered a scan and it took months to finally get that accomplished. The lab said they didn't receive the order. We called and GU said they sent it. Back and forth over the phone 3-4 times to no avail. We advised GU the facility said they could call it in. We were told they don't do it that way(they fax). I’m not sure if the negative comments are based off personal experience but today I was there for procedure with Dr. Chen and I will say thank you Dr. The lady at the front desk was welcoming but those women in the back Omgosh we’re so pleasant. My anxiety was so high but they were so comforting. Dr. Chen is so gentle and he even apologizes during procedures if he feels he’s doing too much. Great service just so difficult to make contact by phone. My husband is trying to cancel an appointment that was due an hour ago, so he might get billed like Steven did. I hope we don't have to go elsewhere.
They are ALWAYS behind. You can have a 10 am appt and wait until 11. How is it possible to open at 9 and be an hour behind at 10? You come here and it is guaranteed you will wait an hour Also, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. You literally have to go into the office to speak to someone
Almost impossible to get in touch with these people. Constantly put on hold and long wait times. Call backs want you to wait all day. Physicians are good when you can see them. Update: Never called me. But I did get a bill.
