The office was clean, organized, and ran smoothly. I appreciated the minimal wait time and efficient check-in/check-out process. I highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! Keep up the fantastic work!
My mom went in to see Dr. Song. He ordered a CAT Scan. She is a senior and her English skills are minimal. He spoke to her in English during 2 consults. She asked to have me on the line both times to help understand the consultation. Both times he was too busy to comply. He apparently gave a diagnosis and wanted to set up surgery. Dr. Song was horrible!!!! He honestly should have his license revoked! My husband went to go see him about an issue and the doctor simple stated that he “never heard of it before”. He didn’t suggest any labs or do any investigation into the issue. If it weren’t for me being on the phone with my husband listening in, and suggesting an ultrasound and bloodwork, my husband would have walked away with no care! New Dr for me, Dr Kim- great meeting. He had reviewed my file from my retired Dr and knew what to do. Set positive action plan up right away. Feel very confident with my care plan
The receptionists and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I was seen by Dr Kim without delay,and he was very professional. I left with the feeling that I was in good hands and my medical conditions will be treated by the best physicians available.
