I enjoyed my initial visit with Dr. Anglade, he did a thorough exam and answered every question I had. At no point did I feel rushed. Although the visit with Dr. Anglade went well, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. My prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy who promptly called me to say that it should have been sent to a retail pharmacy instead. Dr. Anglade has been very informative, patient, and thorough in helping my husband get answers. We appreciate his expertise! Contacting the office is impossible. You can never get through and speak to anyone. The front office did not appear knowledgeable or swift in helping with the doctors instructions after the appointment.
Ashley (PA-C), is amazing, thorough, highly knowledgeable and invests her time answering any questions you may have. I've met some great folks at Georgia Urology and she is one of the best. She took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and put my mind at ease.
Horrible experience! I went to Dr. Kim’s office after a kidney stone and left with no new information. They sent me for an ultrasound but I never heard back with results. Instead, I got a random call from the imaging center to schedule an MRI—when I asked why, they couldn’t tell me. I tried calling Dr. Kim’s office several times, left multiple messages, and never got a response. The only person I eventually reached was a scheduler, who could see a note in my chart about a cyst but understandably couldn’t answer my questions... read more
My mom went in to see Dr. Song. He ordered a CAT Scan. She is a senior and her English skills are minimal. He spoke to her in English during 2 consults. She asked to have me on the line both times to help understand the consultation. Both times he was too busy to comply. He apparently gave a diagnosis and wanted to set up surgery.
