Dr. Cicic is excellent, he has a great bedside manner and is very easy to talk through. My issue is with scheduling and the staff. There have been so many mix-up's with what the Doctor ordered and what the staff sees. Last week, I left a urine sample and today in the portal I was informed that their courier service did not pick it up and now I have to go back to submit another one. I was told to to call the office to schedule an appointment for that. After two hours on hold I just decided to forget it.
I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. My medication has expired, and I have been trying to get it refilled for the past two weeks. I have called every single day, spoken with multiple staff members, and left at least four voicemails. Despite all of these attempts, I still have not received my medication, nor have I received a single callback. Utterly pathetic experience. Right from front office to back, everyone is highly neglect to their patients. Save your time, never go there.
Providing 2 stars instead of 1 just because Dr. Cicic had decent bedside manner and was an attentive doctor. As for the billing department, they conduct shady billing efforts through being generally unavailable/unreachable by phone, sending inconsistent balances through their online portal with vague line item descriptions of their services, and do not offer opportunities for feedback loops via customer surveys or available escalations to their billing department head. Make sure you demand prompt care. And make sure you demand to have exams and results explained to you. They wanted to do a biopsy and had to wait after thanksgiving since everyone was on vacation. Come to find out it looked like cancer. Never heard this from anyone . Had to go to another urologist to find that out. It's like they just wanted to get paid. Certainly not working in the best interest of the patient. Thanks ga urology. At least your not getting another dime from me or my insurance company.
