The office was clean, organized, and ran smoothly. I appreciated the minimal wait time and efficient check-in/check-out process. I highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! Keep up the fantastic work!
My mom went in to see Dr. Song. He ordered a CAT Scan. She is a senior and her English skills are minimal. He spoke to her in English during 2 consults. She asked to have me on the line both times to help understand the consultation. Both times he was too busy to comply. He apparently gave a diagnosis and wanted to set up surgery. New Dr for me, Dr Kim- great meeting. He had reviewed my file from my retired Dr and knew what to do. Set positive action plan up right away. Feel very confident with my care plan
Excellent! Tina was very professional, kind and gentle, we were here for a catheter replacement. Front office staff are also very nice. Follow-up calls from Tina the very next day.
Always receive great care from Caroline and Jodi and Dr Canter. They are terrific. Did have a hiccup in my original appointment as didn't have the Eligard meds but not an issue and offered the next morning in John’s Creek’s where all went perfect. Was not an issue as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommend Ga Urology.
