Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doc. No urine sample cups in neither bathroom nor working soap dispenser to was hands. Inappropriate allowing employee pets to sit in chair beside employee sll day too. Many patients are allergic but do no harm policy out the window. Negatives are all minor and can easily be fixed via stronger management of processes and policies.
The office is a very clean, comfortable and professional enviroment. The doctor that I saw during my appointment for my medical consultation was very professional, knowledgeable of my medical concerns and insured that I had clear understanding of my health issues and any on going procedures that needed to address my medical condition.
Dr Anglade was very helpful. I cant thank him enough. He was very kind and patient despite his busy schedule. I would like the staff who maintain the online system (portal, phone services etc.) to be more responsive.
My father sees Aditya Dutta at the office. She is one of the nicest providers you could ever meet. He loves going to the dr when we come to the office. The staff from checkin, to check out are all exceptional. It’s so hard to find good caring providers these days. Thanks Aditya for all that you do for your patients.
I was made comfortable from check in. Then promptly given prep instructions for my visit. The physician arrived shortly after being in the exam room. My complaint was addressed, a plan made for treatment and a scheduled return date. Perfect appointment!
