Dr. Cicic is excellent, he has a great bedside manner and is very easy to talk through. My issue is with scheduling and the staff. There have been so many mix-up's with what the Doctor ordered and what the staff sees. Last week, I left a urine sample and today in the portal I was informed that their courier service did not pick it up and now I have to go back to submit another one. I was told to to call the office to schedule an appointment for that. After two hours on hold I just decided to forget it.
Make sure you demand prompt care. And make sure you demand to have exams and results explained to you. They wanted to do a biopsy and had to wait after thanksgiving since everyone was on vacation. Come to find out it looked like cancer. Never heard this from anyone . Had to go to another urologist to find that out. It's like they just wanted to get paid. Certainly not working in the best interest of the patient. Thanks ga urology. At least your not getting another dime from me or my insurance company.
Dr. Anglade has been very informative, patient, and thorough in helping my husband get answers. We appreciate his expertise! Contacting the office is impossible. You can never get through and speak to anyone. The front office did not appear knowledgeable or swift in helping with the doctors instructions after the appointment.
I enjoyed my initial visit with Dr. Anglade, he did a thorough exam and answered every question I had. At no point did I feel rushed. Although the visit with Dr. Anglade went well, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. My prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy who promptly called me to say that it should have been sent to a retail pharmacy instead. I like Dr. Kim. He listens to you and takes the time to explain things. However, the office is run extremely poorly. They couldn't find my lab results, never posted them in the portal. When you try to call the office, you never get to speak to anyone. You're left on hold endlessly. Your only hope is to leave a message and hope that they call you back.
