Had my 2nd visit with DiCarlo to discuss results from my CT scan. He drew a picture for me so I would understand his diagnosis. He and his staff are very kind and thoughtful. Great bedside manners.
Sent to GU on a VA referral due to kidney stones. I had seen GU outside of the VA and liked the staff. The billing department is something else. They refused to bill the VA through community care. After calling three different times, the lady said there was no referral on file. I pointed out that was not truthful and I even had a copy a week before my appointment. She then hung up on me. Dr. DiCarlo and his team are absolutely the best! Very professional and thorough. He listens to his patients and actually cares about what you have to say. If I could give them more stars I would!
Dr DiCarlo is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband and I feel so comfortable and confident in the care we both receive at his office. Megan and Stacy are friendly and very helpful with scheduling and any other tasks in the office. We are very fortunate to have the expertise of this group in Ellijay.
Dr. DiCarlo has been a true blessing for myself and my wife. After 4 to 6 months of dealing with some personal issues I decided to try Dr. DiCarlo.
