I think the doctors here are good but the admin group, including billing and scheduling is terrible. Scheduled me for the incorrect thing twice. They were supposed to refund /cancel one charge and never did. I contacted billing three times. They won't allow you to speak with the billing person that handles refunds. Told me twice they would look into and return my call. Never returned my call. I recommend going to an alternate urology group, avoid the headache.
I am a new patient and had an appointment scheduled this morning with Georgia Urology. Due to weather conditions, the office was apparently closed — but no one notified me in advance. No call, no message, nothing. I showed up in person, only to find the office closed after I had already taken PTO and rearranged my work schedule. Completely wasted my time. As an extremely new patient (1 visit), I'm dissatisfied with the long call holds. 1st time was 15 mins. Currently holding almost an hr. Ridiculous. And my Dr. requested I get 2 procedures and no one has called me yet for an appt and the 2nd procedure is over a month away. So basically I have to deal with pain and anxiety for another month not knowing what's wrong with me.
I’m disappointed at how this business handles certain things. I had to do a CT scan with them and they said they’d call with the results. They never called me and after a while I called to ask about it. I talked with someone named Rebecca who was extremely rude to me. I told her that nobody had called me with the results yet and she immediately got defensive. I asked if I was supposed to do anything because I was confused why nobody had called and she said no.
