I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Hal Scherz. When I arrived, he rudely asked, "Why are you here?" I explained that I wanted to discuss my daughter’s condition and new test results, but he repeated the question as if he hadn’t listened. He claimed to already know about my daughter's situation from the nurse practitioner. Then, he scolded me, saying, "Let me break it down for you; maybe you haven’t heard it this way." The injection I was getting... I've always had concerns whether or not I was getting the entire medication. Over the pass couple of years are so, I wondered if I came-up short. For the first time without my ever questioning my issue/concerns, this nurse assured me when she stated "I was getting every last drop". Right then after she made that statement, I was instantly at peace. I very much appreciate her and hope I would get her service again on my next appointment. Sincerely!
Our visit was great. We were seen right away and Dr Scherz examined our baby boy and explained everything and made us feel comfortable. The office was super clean and organized and the staff was very nice.
Dr. Samatha Wells, her Assistant and Administrators are great when it comes to patient care. I appreciate everyone I came in contact with. They will not keep you long but will address your concerns. Thanks Dr. Wells your amazing!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My provider was Samantha Wells she is excellent. She really takes the time to understand my concerns answers all of my questions. The best thing is she gives me many options and explains them thoroughly. I would strongly suggest going to see Samatha.
