It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with this provider. I honestly don't understand how they keep business. You have to go through an automated phone system that just ends up transferring you to an actual person, then you are forced to stay on hold for 45 minutes until or leave a message for them to call you back later (which in my experience doesn't happen quickly - and God for bid you are busy during the time they call you back and you have to start the whole process over again). I think the doctors here are good but the admin group, including billing and scheduling is terrible. Scheduled me for the incorrect thing twice. They were supposed to refund /cancel one charge and never did. I contacted billing three times. They won't allow you to speak with the billing person that handles refunds. Told me twice they would look into and return my call. Never returned my call. I recommend going to an alternate urology group, avoid the headache.
I am a new patient and had an appointment scheduled this morning with Georgia Urology. Due to weather conditions, the office was apparently closed — but no one notified me in advance. No call, no message, nothing. I showed up in person, only to find the office closed after I had already taken PTO and rearranged my work schedule. Completely wasted my time.
