I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Hal Scherz. When I arrived, he rudely asked, "Why are you here?" I explained that I wanted to discuss my daughter’s condition and new test results, but he repeated the question as if he hadn’t listened. He claimed to already know about my daughter's situation from the nurse practitioner. Then, he scolded me, saying, "Let me break it down for you; maybe you haven’t heard it this way." My experience was very bad here, at the first apt I asked for volume or zanax because they recommended an surgery with out I V sedation, I told the doc I have sever anxiety, I need an oral sedations with it comes to needles and sutures, she said we have bla bla here we will give it to you when you get here, on your surgery day, I got here and there was no bla bla medication, I took a day off from work, I already paid for the procedure, why do you guys do people like this? giving a prescription for 10 $ max and me be come a... read more
Our visit was great. We were seen right away and Dr Scherz examined our baby boy and explained everything and made us feel comfortable. The office was super clean and organized and the staff was very nice.
I'm very apprehensive about my husband coming here again for his tests that were ordered...n follow up with his Dr. The Dr was awesome....however front desk n billing was not....I've spent several attempts trying to correct a mistake that was made by them....also having been waiting on promise to call me back...as of yet....im still waiting 4 days now....doesn't Instill much confidence that thi gs...Will get done correctly....very disappointed...
