I’m disappointed at how this business handles certain things. I had to do a CT scan with them and they said they’d call with the results. They never called me and after a while I called to ask about it. I talked with someone named Rebecca who was extremely rude to me. I told her that nobody had called me with the results yet and she immediately got defensive. I asked if I was supposed to do anything because I was confused why nobody had called and she said no. As an extremely new patient (1 visit), I'm dissatisfied with the long call holds. 1st time was 15 mins. Currently holding almost an hr. Ridiculous. And my Dr. requested I get 2 procedures and no one has called me yet for an appt and the 2nd procedure is over a month away. So basically I have to deal with pain and anxiety for another month not knowing what's wrong with me.
I came to this location for a vasectomy procedure. Once I arrived, my anxiety quickly dissolved. The staff was friendly and everyone made you feel comfortable. Dr. Tegecheian came highly recommended and she certainly lived up to expectations. She and the prep nurse did an amazing job. I felt no pain and almost went to sleep a couple of times because I was so comfortable and relaxed. It was quick and to the point. I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Hal Scherz. When I arrived, he rudely asked, "Why are you here?" I explained that I wanted to discuss my daughter’s condition and new test results, but he repeated the question as if he hadn’t listened. He claimed to already know about my daughter's situation from the nurse practitioner. Then, he scolded me, saying, "Let me break it down for you; maybe you haven’t heard it this way."
