I have somewhat mixed feelings. While I believe the quality of care received was decent, I'm frustrated by the lack of response at this office. I admit, it may be because I prefer a text or email response; also, I prefer sending requests via their portal. On more than one occasion I feel as if the portal is not being managed - especially responding to messages, and the portal itself is not easy to navigate. I was a patient of Dr. Kaplan, who prescribed a well-established medication to me in a relatively new form. I subsequently became concerned about a possible side effect, one which is well-documented in the prescription literature. His recommendation, given through his less than accommodating assistant, was for me to see my primary care physician, a provider who is naturally less familiar with the medication and potential side effects than a urologist. GA Urology is a very clean facility. The medical staff are professional but fun and down to earth people. The medical care is top notch with top notch doctors.
Dr T and her staff are amazing. I have been cared for like I am family and could not be any happier. Dr T is always so encouraging and always knows my history so she can really advise me accurately. I trust her very much and her professionalism is only out done by her personally. Feeling so blessed to have her care so much!
