*******Updated 7/13/2026********* After posting the initial review a Georgia Urology representative called me on 7/07/2026. She stated that she was the surgery scheduler, probably the same one that cancelled the surgery last minute. Due to her previously cancelling the surgery, I asked her could I just stay at the hospital overnight. I told her as a 100% disabled veteran, the VA will cover the stay. I received a text from this office today at 4:06pm. It was to inform me of a scheduling issue and asked me to call the office to reschedule my appointment the was originally on the 29th. I call in, explained this and was put on hold. It was 4:50 when I was placed on hold for a total of 26:10. When I tried to dial back, of course I got the closed recording. I am writing this review after my health situation has fully resolved, so this is a clear and measured account of my experience. I was admitted through the Northside Hospital ER on October 30, 2025 with an obstructing kidney stone and had a ureteral stent placed. This is an amazing practice. I was referred to another practice and the way the physician explained my issue scared the hell out of me. I went to this place for a second opinion. The place was very cozy and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. I met Dr. Dovirak who was very easy to talk to. He was very calm and compassionate. After 5 surgeries at Ga Urologist to correct a problem I’ve had I have been lied to repeatedly. Dr. Ronald does a good job with all the smooth talk about making things better but never does. Never hold himself accountable. The VA hospital have paid each time. Now Ga Urology expects the VA to pay again. I’m in pain daily without any consideration from them.
