Dr. Capelouto was able to get me in shortly after my ER visit for a kidney stone, which I really appreciated. While his bedside manner is fairly direct, he was clearly very knowledgeable about kidney stones, explained my scans well, and I felt confident in his expertise during my appointment. If you're sitting in front of him discussing your stone or in his operating room, I think you're in good hands. However, my experience outside of the office was much different. I highly recommend Dr Capelouto! He made me feel at ease with my problem. Very down to earth and explains things in a way that is easily understood. He is also kind. The front office girls Sara, Bre, and Gigi are great also! Pleasant and compassionate. Don’t go anywhere else. 😊
I guess things have changed. No longer the business it once was. Very disappointing when you have to deal with attitudes the second you walk in the door. Knowing the previous problems I had with billing practices I agreed to an in office visit. The charge $135. I agreed, only to be told they would not refill script without further services that cost more money. I got my visit refunded and left. I'm one pissed off irritated parent those 2 females that you have to see when your checking out where the toys are pure trash, I'm telling you for a parent with a sick kid that had to already drive 2 1/2 hrs out an wait 2 hrs to be seen to only go back there for 15 mins. Already had to keep another kid out of school because I wouldn't make it back in enough time to pick him up and I have no family! Good luck as they never pickup the phone and have no email address plus their portal system locks you out after one bad password attempt! Worst customer experience ever. I've been a patient there and it's impossible to get in touch with him so good luck with refills. Very frustrating experience
