This is second experience with Ga urology and once again very disappointed. First experience was me I had been tested over and over again with bladder infections when I knew it was something worse but they didn’t listen and just kept going through the motions when I went to advanced urologist they had me in to get full bladder scan and was diagnosed with intestinal cystitis that day. Good luck as they never pickup the phone and have no email address plus their portal system locks you out after one bad password attempt! Worst customer experience ever. I've been a patient there and it's impossible to get in touch with him so good luck with refills. Very frustrating experience
I cannot speak for the actual doctors office or doctors, as I never was able to make it there. From the reviews it looks very good. However, it is very difficult getting a live person on the phone. You will wait a long time for a live person or hours for a call back. The day of my appointment, I got an email saying that I would have to pay the entire cost as everything would go to my deductible. From the moment you walk in the office, you are met by a friendly, attentive and professional staff. They address your needs and the medical staff, from the nurses to the doctors make you feel at ease. I truly appreciate the manner in which they provide their care.
My issue isn't specific to this location but to GA Urology in general. I attempted to make an appointment for my son's issue at the location that is only 10 minutes away from me. A few hours later, I received a call that my son would not be seen for his appointment the next day at the Woodstock location and that I needed to make an appointment with a physician at their Atlanta location.
