I cannot speak for the actual doctors office or doctors, as I never was able to make it there. From the reviews it looks very good. However, it is very difficult getting a live person on the phone. You will wait a long time for a live person or hours for a call back. The day of my appointment, I got an email saying that I would have to pay the entire cost as everything would go to my deductible. My issue isn't specific to this location but to GA Urology in general. I attempted to make an appointment for my son's issue at the location that is only 10 minutes away from me. A few hours later, I received a call that my son would not be seen for his appointment the next day at the Woodstock location and that I needed to make an appointment with a physician at their Atlanta location. Doctor are good but getting an appointment to see one is frustrating. Every time you call theirs no answer and when you leave a message they either don’t call you back or you get told to wait then it ends up hanging up. I was able to finally make an appointment and they called me less then 24 hours before and said they had to reschedule and I said I’d call them back but when I called them back 10 minutes later I got no answer or call back. Terrible customer service.
Great experience!! I was able to get a same day appointment!! That never happens!! Everyone from first phone call for an appointment to the triage nurse , to Meghan … all top notch. So appreciate having this practice available so close. Thank you again !!!
