Do not go to Georgia Urology. If you can find other urologies in your network, explore them first. In my experience, I have had 2 no show to virtual appointments with my doctor with no follow up both times, endless difficulty getting in touch with anyone to get a refill for prescriptions and an unexpected bill nearly 1k from the lab they used for blood work/testing after I asked them time & time again if everything was in network. Also, waited 45 min to an hour for in person visits that lasted no longer than 10 minutes. Doc... read more
Your time will be wasted. 1st appointment - waited over an hour for Dr Stites. 2nd appointment - virtual follow up on labs - again waited over an hour. Called the office to see where the Dr was. Months of agony (July through October)- no calls back at every point of my treatment led to me calling every office and their central business number to set up appointments myself when it was their responsibility to contact. Hours of time lost and wasted trying to get basic information on appointments. Nobody offered assistance at any office when I tried to tell them of my plight. The response I received "the scheduler will call... read more
