The second time I went for the inconvenient injection I was extremely disappointed. They said I saw doctor Kaplan. Never saw his face and not very friendly. I had complications and saw the NP. She tells me to quit drinking around 3pm. Isn't that a stupid diagnosis. I won't EVER SEE DR KAPLAN.
Georgia urology has my kudos. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Everyone there from the reception is all the way to the doctors smiled and was eager to help with questions, etc.. The place was very clean, the receptionist desk, waiting area and the exam rooms even the restroom. And most of all the wait is never long. After checking, the weight is never more than 8 to 10 minutes. And the whole appointment is finished in a timely manner and Iappreciate that. Dr. Kaplan has been my urologist for a number of years. I have found him to be genuinely interested in his patients. He is a good listener, pays attention to my concerns, and offers complete and professional explanations for his recommended course of treatment. As a bonus, I am always seen promptly at the appointed time. His medical and clerical staff are exceptional. Dealing with them is always a pleasure. Nice office. Friendly and efficient staff to support him.
Place was clean and neat. Staff friendly and well knowledgeable. Waiting time was short (wait to be called back was 5 to 7 minutes; time until Dr. Kaplan 's assistant came into my room was 5 minutes as well). My only disappointment was Dr. Kaplan not sticking his head in.
I was 25 minutes late because of traffic and came in and they were so nice to me. The doctor even waited for me because I was his last patient. he was so nice and understanding and helped me tremendously. All the ladies that worked, there were so accommodating and so sweet to me.
