Place was clean and neat. Staff friendly and well knowledgeable. Waiting time was short (wait to be called back was 5 to 7 minutes; time until Dr. Kaplan 's assistant came into my room was 5 minutes as well). My only disappointment was Dr. Kaplan not sticking his head in.
I was 25 minutes late because of traffic and came in and they were so nice to me. The doctor even waited for me because I was his last patient. he was so nice and understanding and helped me tremendously. All the ladies that worked, there were so accommodating and so sweet to me.
Everything went as planned. The staff was superb! I felt like they really cared about taking care of me. They took every precaution. They were naturally friendly and very professional. This was an awesome place to have an operation. My doctor was very specific with details and all that he told me is on the money. Thank you all for the outstanding medical care from beginning to end. WELL DONE!!!!
Staff is nice. Dr. Kaplan always takes great care of me and addresses all my issues. I’m now able to easily manage all 16 of my girlfriends without skipping a beat. Couldn’t imagine life without you guys. Thanks!!
I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at Georgia Urology . After scheduling my surgery two weeks ago, I was assured everything was in order. However, I was recently informed by my provider that the authorization paperwork was only faxed this past Friday, rather than two weeks ago as it should have been. As a result, my surgery has now been pushed back to a later date. The situation was further complicated by the Brandi in billing.
