Georgia urology has my kudos. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Everyone there from the reception is all the way to the doctors smiled and was eager to help with questions, etc.. The place was very clean, the receptionist desk, waiting area and the exam rooms even the restroom. And most of all the wait is never long. Dr. Kaplan treated my husband's cancer several years ago giving him more healthy years. So, when I started having bladder issues I went to Georgia Urology. The staff are nice, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
Been a GA Urology patient since April 1975. Their Dr's, NP's, and staff have always provided excellent care. Natalie has been very sensitive and very thorough to make sure all my concerns were taken care of.
Dr. Kaplan has been my urologist for a number of years. I have found him to be genuinely interested in his patients. He is a good listener, pays attention to my concerns, and offers complete and professional explanations for his recommended course of treatment. As a bonus, I am always seen promptly at the appointed time. His medical and clerical staff are exceptional. Dealing with them is always a pleasure. Nice office. Friendly and efficient staff to support him.
Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every detail I needed. She was thorough and made me feel really comfortable.
