This experience for the very first initial visit was extremely too long. They ask you to be there on time for your appointment and when you get there it is more than an hour to wait. The front desk personnel are so nonchalant about the patients concerns for sitting for so long. They practically ask you if you would rather reschedule than waiting even longer. Got an email confirming my appointment for 1:30, that was the time I had on my calendar for the appointment. A couple hours later I got another text wanting to confirm my appointment for 1:50. There was no explanation as to why they changed the appointment so I went with the 1:30 appointment. This is a great idea if the doctor is running late but there was no explanation. I had a great experience here today. It was my first time at this office but so far so good! I really felt heard by the nurse practitioner I saw John Buchanan. The nurse who took my blood was also very sweet as well as the office personnel who checked me in and out.
Dr Yo is great! Always keep up with the appointments so you’re not sitting there waiting. Timely reminders of your appointments. Overall I feel like my medical needs are well taken care of.
The office staff is always friendly and quick to greet me when I enter. The I have never felt rushed when talking to the Dr or medical staff. I feel free to ask any questions I have and they do not rush the answers to push me along just to get to the next patient.
