This experience for the very first initial visit was extremely too long. They ask you to be there on time for your appointment and when you get there it is more than an hour to wait. The front desk personnel are so nonchalant about the patients concerns for sitting for so long. They practically ask you if you would rather reschedule than waiting even longer. I had a 6 month visit with Dr. Yeoh cancelled as advised he would be out of town and was asked to call back to reschedule. Appointment was on the books since my last visit in March this year and now next available date is 45 days from my scheduled appointment. One would think due to Dr. cancellation you would get prioritized quicker than that. **Update** After posting my review I did contact the Physician Assistant who looked into this and escalated within their Customer Service org. I had a great experience here today. It was my first time at this office but so far so good! I really felt heard by the nurse practitioner I saw John Buchanan. The nurse who took my blood was also very sweet as well as the office personnel who checked me in and out.
We are grateful to have Georgia Urology and Dr. De as a part of our son’s treatment team. They are always helpful, professional, and prompt to communicate. We couldn’t ask for a better group to work with.
G.U.P. has been really sensitive, understanding, and knowledgeable from scheduling to end of appointments for my son. The facility is clean, organized, and staff members are friendly. I am so happy we found a great doctor here.
