I had a very disappointing experience with this office. At my first appointment, my sample went missing. I called multiple times to follow up and was repeatedly told that my results were not ready, even after waiting a couple of months. When I finally asked to speak with the manager, I was told that they would transfer me to the manager but instead, I was sent to voicemail. I left a message but never received a call back. Dr. Falconer was so professional with us and took the time to listen to our concerns. My husband was very pleased. From the time we got there until the time we left there was no problems. He has great patience with his patients and helped us understand his problems. I would recommend Dr Falconer 💯 % to others. Great doctor and a great staff!!!
Office staff was very accommodating which put me at ease for my stressful visit. When my time to see the doctor came, I was a bit nervous due to my 'white coat syndrome' fear. However, Dr. Falconer relieved my fear with his caring, professional manner - he explained the medical side of things and showed me diagrams that helped me to understand the basic facts. I left feeling respected and cared for. I strongly recommend this practice.
Over $20,000 just to have a camera look at your prostate and thats not even the surgery, this place is smoking something...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE !
I completely enjoyed my visit at Georgia Urology. Dr. Falconer is always professional while being pleasantly relational. His work is thorough and he insures that you are completely satisfied before you leave. My sincere thanks to him and the entire office staff!
