Dr. Falconer was so professional with us and took the time to listen to our concerns. My husband was very pleased. From the time we got there until the time we left there was no problems. He has great patience with his patients and helped us understand his problems. I would recommend Dr Falconer 💯 % to others. Great doctor and a great staff!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Falconer for about a year. He is very thorough and kind. I love that he listens and doesn’t rush his exams. The office staff is always very kind and professional as well and goes above and beyond to get me seen whenever I’m needing a last minute appointment.
Office staff was very accommodating which put me at ease for my stressful visit. When my time to see the doctor came, I was a bit nervous due to my 'white coat syndrome' fear. However, Dr. Falconer relieved my fear with his caring, professional manner - he explained the medical side of things and showed me diagrams that helped me to understand the basic facts. I left feeling respected and cared for. I strongly recommend this practice.
We truly adore Dr. Falconer. His ability to connect with his patients on a personal level is extraordinary. The time and attention he devoted to my husband made him feel at ease and truly supported during a challenging time. We are so grateful for his kindness and compassion.
They are playing music in the clinic now. To me gets annoying. I have always received good care at Georgia Urology. The wait time could stand some improvement. I had some communication issues with the doctor but because I knew he was good, I thought it was worth expressing my concerns with him, which I did. He rectified my concerns and I am very satisfied.
