You have issues that really concern you with urination. You make an appointment to see a physician assistant go to that appointment then they schedule to come back to see Dr Falconer which is about 2 to 4 month later you will be at the final step of finally having a cystoscope. The process is way to slow in my opinion. The other issue is the wait time for Dr Falconer to come see you when your called back to the other waiting room for about 1 hour and 30 mins. Dr. Falconer was so professional with us and took the time to listen to our concerns. My husband was very pleased. From the time we got there until the time we left there was no problems. He has great patience with his patients and helped us understand his problems. I would recommend Dr Falconer 💯 % to others. Great doctor and a great staff!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Falconer for about a year. He is very thorough and kind. I love that he listens and doesn’t rush his exams. The office staff is always very kind and professional as well and goes above and beyond to get me seen whenever I’m needing a last minute appointment.
Office staff was very accommodating which put me at ease for my stressful visit. When my time to see the doctor came, I was a bit nervous due to my 'white coat syndrome' fear. However, Dr. Falconer relieved my fear with his caring, professional manner - he explained the medical side of things and showed me diagrams that helped me to understand the basic facts. I left feeling respected and cared for. I strongly recommend this practice.
We truly adore Dr. Falconer. His ability to connect with his patients on a personal level is extraordinary. The time and attention he devoted to my husband made him feel at ease and truly supported during a challenging time. We are so grateful for his kindness and compassion.
