I have been a patient of another extremely good urologist out of town for over 10 years and needed to find someone highly qualified to take over my care in Atlanta. Just had my first visit with Dr Hebert in East Cobb. She was incredibly attentive and patient to address all of my questions and concerns in a manner that was easy and clear for me to understand. I now feel 100% confident to switch my care to her practice at Georgia Urology.
Georgia Urology is excellent and Dr. Kristi Hebert is the BEST! Dr. Hebert is knowledgeable, patient, caring and never makes me feel rushed. Her team, both front desk (Laketha) and technician (Harley) are personable, efficient and wait time is brief. I highly recommend Dr. Hebert and Georgia Urology!
I had a great experience at Ga. Urology. The staff was very friendly and making an appointment over the phone was quick and painless. The online check-in process saves time and I had very little wait time once I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Lu was great. She provided a very thorough and easy to understand explanation of her diagnosis and my options. I highly recommend this practice.
I started seeing Dr. Hebert and going to this office a couple months ago, was seen, given an RX and when I went to my pharmacy, they said it wasn’t there and to work it with my doctor. Called the office and I was told that I just needed to take the dose the doctor recommended for two weeks, and then be out of the medication for 2 weeks until it was refilled. Dr. Hebert is knowledgeable, personable, considerate, professional, listens to my concerns and extremely proficient at answering those concerns, explaining treatment options and desired outcomes. All the staff I’ve met have also displayed professional aptitude while welcoming each patient to their practice. I highly recommend Dr. Hebert and staff!
