We had an absolutely terrible experience. I chose this office in Buford as they had the earliest available appointment for my husband. We drove over an hour with a toddler to his appointment. The staff was not remotely friendly. I just had surgery and had to use the restroom and the assistant by the name of Liz was so rude and disrespectful and asked me to use the restroom outside!! I highly satisfied with Doctor Patel. Before my appointment I had read all 1 star reviews about him. But after two times visiting, I can tell only good things about him. Maybe his interpersonal skills is different than most people are expecting, but for me it was amazing- clear, short, focused no any bla-bla-bla about everything in the world. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends who will get some issues. Thank you very much!
