Sadly, I tried to find an email where I could provide feedback in a less public way. This story needs to be read and understood and some changes to policy made. Called GU/ the Dr. for follow up, wouldn't see us because he was a kid. Told to call his primary care/pediatrician. Told by pediatrician to call the DR that did the procedure. Told by G... read more

This office does not honor appointment times despite having an aggressive cancellation policy and related fees. Over an hour has passed since my daughter’s appointment time and no provider has come by. They keep saying “someone will be in soon”. Go somewhere else. This office is terrible.

Extremely long wait time. You can hear the doctor calmly talks about his flight and unrelated stuff in the hallway with no considerations for a 15 month old who is restless and has been waiting for an hour. The worst clinic/pediatric experience I have experienced to date.

Dr. Blum has been amazing with our son! He has some bladder issues that she broke down for us to better understand. She talks you through your options and explains the step by step process of each. Glad she is our doctor on this journey!
