Dr. Smith and his staff are extremely attentive and caring. My son has special needs, so doctor’s appointments are not always pleasant. However, Dr. Smith and his entire office personnel who come in contact with my son speak to him as if he is any other teenage kid, not as if he's not there! They explain what they're about to do and ask my son if it's ok to do it. They take time to explain things to him and to me without being condescending. They also smile and treat us like family. The office staff is pleasant and very well organized. It runs like a well oiled machine. The providers addressed all of my concerns and were very patient. My child was comfortable in their care.
Staff was very courteous very nice made my son feel very welcome on the pediatric side. I appreciate you guys very much today. Also, I had a problem with the parking pay and the parking gentlemen come up and they completely handled that as well y’all are definitely an awesome Facility thank you so much And thank you to the nurse practitioner that see My Son today
They give you space to think. They don't rush decision that you get to live with the rest of your life. Erica was super patient with us. She knows her job . She empowered us just by the way she talk to us. The doctors were honest and straightforward they gave options. Always a good visit they treat us with dignity.
Georgia Urology did a great job of taking the dread out of the appointment for my 5 year old. I was pleased with the expertise and quality of the care. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.
