Worked with us kept us informed process was easy
Jerry and his team did an outstanding job! This was a short close and they diligently stayed on top of everything. They were there to answer our questions and the responses to emails were very prompt and detailed. We were treated with respect and made to feel as we were a priority.
Overall, it was a smooth experience however, there was some questionable information that was shared between the loan officer and the builder/seller. This felt like it violated my privacy and protentional had a negative impact for negotiation of the sale price of the home. I also was not provided a copy of the appraisal until 2 days prior to closing, even though it was completed the week before.
