Jerry Villareal at Velocio Mortgage was phenomenal! He was extremely professional and efficient in making sure the whole process was smooth, including answering all our questions. Additionally, he worked extremely diligently with our realtor and Title company at closing in the event of a COVID exposure which delayed. He sincerely could not have been better.

Mr VILLARREAL is a very strong man and who works very hard and always looked out for me and understood what I was going thru with me having cancer and doing chemo treatments but I had good days and bad days but he never gave up on me and also went all and above on his job this man for sure needs a raise or some kind of award for excellent I his job how he cares ! He is an awesome man to keep him for all that he does ! My prayers to him for all that he does ! Thank you very much !
