The building looks beautiful I filled out an application and I’ve been calling and can’t seem to get through. I even sent an email to a email I seen them comment on someone else’s review. I’m currently pregnant with a stable income and I’m looking for a home for me and my children.
I love Gerard's Riverview. The area is great! The staff is absolutely amazing and maintenance is wonderful. If you are considering moving here, you will not be disappointed!

I'm interested in living in this complex. I've been filling out the application for several days, but they have me on a waiting list. They don't call, and I don't see any changes on the application. I've called, but only the recorders answer. I'd like to make contact so I can take the next step to rent in this beautiful complex.
